Diwakar Taxes have been helping us in preparation of our taxes for very very long times. Diwakar Sir and Amit Sir are very good persons. They treat you as family member. Through knowledge of everyday Tax changing rules and regulations. They are quick and fast and there has not been any questions from IRS. We are very fortunate to have them for Taxes. I will recommend everybody to go to them. I wish them success in their business.

One of my friends recommended this agency to me .Me and my my husbnd were struggling with my Canadian and American taxes. Luckily I had my first apppointement with Mr Amit, and believe me , he is so knowledgeable and straightforward that he gave me the entire picture of taxes beforehand. He made the taxes so easy for me that everything went very smooth. Not only this, for this year,we requested him to be our tax person. And everything went smooth as expected I highly recommend diwakar taxes and especially Mr Amit, if you really have a tedious tax scenario like me. He is superquick, relaible and knowledgeable. I highly do not recommend this place. In a world of hybrid and onlinem, they still need people to be physically present for tax filing. They wanted a business and they were able to do online during the Covid and now they are rejecting applicants if they are not available in person. I have been doing with them for several years not because of I dont find any good CPAs. I do not want the data to scatter around multiple CPAs. Even after multiple emails explaining the situation, they simply ignored to respond

Exorbitant pricing and poor management at the Santa Clara location. They gave us an appointment and kept us waiting before data entry, and then again between data entry and consultant appointment prolonging our appointment time to 3 hours total for no fault of ours. I don’t understand the point of submitting advance documentation when no one even looks at it in preparation for the appointment! On top of everyone, each year they jack up their pricing by 25% and spring it on to the customer as a surprise. I’m definitely going to look for a different consulting firm that can offer good services, better management and competitive pricing.

Having one of the most unpleasant tax filing encounters, the tax return presented at the end was completely inaccurate. When inquired about the discrepancies, the consultant declined to respond, citing being too occupied. While I understand that errors can occur, I expect clarity regarding the tax filing process. Upon expressing my concerns and seeking clarification, the consultant promptly left the room and requested payment. It is unacceptable to demand payment without providing proper explanations and accurate numbers.
Please consider other firm.
