They show customers around the store, help with sampling scents, and offer insightful recommendations on selection and fragrances. The service is excellent even close to closing time. The experience of exploring the fragrances for the first time is incredible. Customers love the scents and the quality of the items, noting that the solid perfumes and refill stations are particularly cool. The staff often surprises customers with samples and goodies after a purchase. This makes for a lovely experience that absolutely makes one's day, encouraging customers to return to purchase more fragrances in the future.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Valley Fair Diptyque boutique! I especially want to highlight Regina and Kimmy, who were both exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming. A true luxury experience that 100% made my week!
