John is Number 1. He is a wonderful broker and works hard and smart. I personally use John as a broker and recommend my clients to him. He has a lot of options and resources available to share with us. A real go to guy.

I am a small business owner and wanted to refinance my home which was impossible to do since regular mortgage brokers have no idea how to write a loan for 1099 incomes. I was ready to give up until a customer of mine gave me John’s info. I called John and told him my situation and he went right to work and I got my loan within 30 days. Unbelievable service!! John is very knowledgable about several different loans. I will use John from now on and I highly recommend you do too! Thank you John!
