There are no customers in the store, but they have you stand by the door, very rudely I should add!!!! To wait for someone to come and “help” you!
They could very easily invite patrons inside to wait, look around or even offer them a sip of water … like the high end jewelry stores that Davis Yurman aspires to be … but nooooooo …. “Wait here”!!!!!!
Very very disappointed!!!!!!!!

I'm thrilled that we now have an official store in the Bay Area! The staff here is incredibly attentive. Despite my arrival right before closing, Michelle graciously assisted me. Given my indecisiveness, she demonstrated remarkable patience and offered valuable guidance, ultimately helping me select the perfect addition to my jewelry collection.

Vince has been mentioned in these reviews a few times already, so I wasn't at all surprised when the very friendly and approachable sales agent that had been helping us try on a number of pieces handed me his card and introduced himself.
The pieces themselves were gorgeous and luckily had options to keep the pricing more manageable (e.g. sterling silver instead of white gold), but what impressed me the most was how helpful Vince was in finding the right look and fit for me.
I was a bit worried that by going in we'd get upsold or pressured to make a purchase, but Vince was actually the one to suggest we sleep on it after our browsing. He made sure we knew he was available to help if we wanted, but I didn't feel any pressure to make a quick decision. All in all, I'm super happy with what we picked out and grateful to have had Vince's help and suggestions to figure it out!

Apparently locking up and going home for the night is more important than customer service or even answering questions compared to the excellent service I was offered the last time I was here leaving with a gold necklace.. I was coming in to buy another specific necklace last night..

Vince was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We were about to walk out after not really seeing the earrings we had hoped for. But Vince caught us at the perfect time and helped lead us to the perfect set of earrings. I highly recommend you request him when you enter the store. I am in love with my new earrings. Turned in a bracelet for a minor repair and was informed the repair could take quite awhile. No problem, I'm reasonable, nice things are worth the wait. Called today and was informed the bracelet was ready for pickup. In fact the bracelet was ready two weeks after it was turned in for repair (normally a great thing!) but this was 6 months ago! I didn't call because I assumed due to the pandemic supply chain and labor shortage after-effects the bracelet was still being worked on (my basis for this assumption was when I purchased it it took 6 months to complete larger sizing). The CSR told me someone emailed me when the bracelet was ready and we confirmed they emailed the wrong address. Not the address on the repair nor my client profile. No follow up phone call, no second attempt, no third attempt, nothing. And no apology, just please pay $15 and the repair fee for us to ship it to you. Grumble. Come on, this is David Yurman. Fine jewelry. I own quite a few pieces and I expect more. Thick holiday catalogs and snazzy IG posts don't go very far if my local DY boutique can't handle a simple repair. We have choices and Tiffany & Co, Cartier, Ippolita all look pretty great about now.

We got our wedding rings here and my partner had a fitting issue with his. It took 4 months and several tries looking at different options for resizing, finally they were able to offer to special make his size. The rings are so special to us, they are just perfect!Thank you to Jonathan and special thanks to Michelle the store manager, your service was excellent! Thank you for listening and for all your hard efforts to get us the rings of our lifetime!

I really enjoy this brand a lot. I own a few of dy pieces such as their emerald pendant and also a couple of thei rings. Their crew is also top notch! Jonathan being the one to always provide me good customer service when I'm looking for a certain jewelry. I also have to mention Vince, michelle and Chelsea for providing the same service, they are all such a great crew.

Not good service. Waited for a long time for assistance while one sales person was having a personal conversation. Another salesman came out - looked at us standing there waiting for help- turned around and walked back behind a wall....this jewelry can be purchased anywhere so no need to shop here.

This is seriously the best store for men's rings. If you are looking for a men's ring with more style other than the regular silver/gold bands then this is your store. My husband tried on several rings before coming to this store and none of them were that great or that different. I wanted him to love his ring because we're going to wear them forever so we might as well get rings we enjoy wearing. This store has a variety of men's bands so I knew he would find one here that he loved. He gave me his top 3 choices than let me choose which one to purchase. I chose the one that he liked the best and it complimented my ring pretty nicely also. We had Brandon help us and he was amazing. Everyone in the store is really helpful. It was a great shopping experience.
