This review is for the photo department. I don't recommend ordering holiday cards here. The quality is terrible. A lot of the pictures I bought had scratches on them! Some of the prints had white edges.

Don't even bother coming here EVER!!! They look at you and if you look asian or black, they will insult you. Especially the woman with the glass and blond hair, this woman is VERY rude and rotten to the core. I came here to buy cough syrup for my girlfriend because she got cold and was coughing. Me and my gf brought our IDs and everything. All of us are adults and my sister came in here with me to CVS. We were waiting at self purchase because we only have one item. It seems like the cashier was bothered and annoyed because we were at self purchase. She walked up to us after making us wait. As soon as she arrived, she immediately asked for all of our IDs. My gf was the only one buying and she was showing her ID too. But the cashier didn't bother looking because my sister didn't bring her ID. She Immediately grab the cough syrup from my gf hand's aggressively. It looks like the cashier wanted to slap my gf. Is it illegal to buy medicine if someone is sick? Why? Will it be okay if they are your loved ones. Are we harming others by buying a cough syrup? No wonder you guys have 2 STAR RATING!!! We went to another CVS, bought it and they don't even bother asking for IDs. Is not like 10 year old child is coming to buy. This woman is racist and karma will come back to you.

What a joke! So rude and poor customer service. I have no idea why CVS is still hiring people like her. If I COULD RATE THIS STORE OR HER, I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE A NEGATIVE 10. The lady working at the cashier was so rude to us. She roughly grab the syrup from my bro's hand and walked away as she didn't care. Her behaviors, attitude and body language were obviously not very respectful. Now we are traumatized by her. Here is the story- My bro's gf was sick and needs cough syrup for her. So she comes to CVS with her bf(my bro), her bro and me. We were come along because we were so worried about her. After grabbing what she needs, she showed her ID at checkout but that Karen lady refuse to sell her and told us to get out because the two of us forgot to bring our ID. I mean we aren't buying it! SHE IS! Why does she need our ID when we are not buying a thing! It doesn't make any sense. SHE IS BUYING THE MEDICINE NOT THE W**D OKK? lol. To continue the story, WE WENT TO ANOTHER CVS AND GOT THE SAME COUGH SYRUP. NEITHER THEY ASK FOR OUR ID NOR RUDE TO US.

Poor customer service/ phone etiquette. Hang up the phone on you without explanation They say they are busy but when I go in only a couple of people are in line. If you have a serious need such as seizure medication or heart medication or diabetes or other life saving medication I would steer clear of this location. It could cost you your life. This is Unacceptable!

Have always had a smooth time here. When mistakes have been made, they were easily corrected when caught. Thanks team!

The pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2:00 daily. That isn't noted on their website from what I can see.....

I have never encountered such rude pharmacists. Their customer service is abysmal. A nearby pharmacy recently shut down, so understandably many people, myself included, were trying to figure out if our prescriptions were sent here. Pharmacists on break were super rude and kept saying "we're not here" and snickering at customers. I'm not sure where their inflated sense of power comes from but it's gross.

Poor customer service/ phone etiquette. Nice staff but, If they are busy they Hang up the phone on you without explanation if they answer it at all. They say they are busy but when I go in only a couple of people are in line. They said have taken On the customers for two closed locations but yet they are closing early like at 4:00pm the last two days that I'm aware of Make it make sense! If you have a serious need such as seizure medication or heart medication or diabetes or other life saving medication I would steer clear of this location. It could cost you your life. I've been trying to get them to fill a prescription for 10 days. Another for 4 days and counting. This is Unacceptable!

It used to be a thriving store until 2012, when I was a regular shopper there. A ghost house-like appearance now, though well stocked with merchandise, and the forlorn associate was heard complaining to anyone that would give her a ear. She was complaining aloud about her "STUPID broken computer", a manager who would not show her any courtesy, someone who became a MANAGER, what that someone would be enabled with etc. etc. etc. to a couple of shoppers and staff. .........Such slant talk suited more in a kitty gossip club, than for a customer oriented pharmacy giant. Your staff, our memories. What they leave with us is what we carry about you.

This five star has to do with one single person at the CVS. Her name is.Salbi. What a wonderful personality and the reason I would return to the store. She is always friendly, kind and helpful.

Have been going to this pharmacy since 1978 - when it was wonderful Long's! Pharmacy was great as long as Tom and Elisa were pharmacists here. After they retired- or did CVS ask them to leave and replace them with totally incompetent pharmacists when they took over the business, the customer service has been dangerous and completely untrustworthy. Cvs corporate and their designated Customer Service "manager" are unresponsive and negligent - unforgivable in a health care setting. I agree with review regarding no carts in the store. Cvs response is that "carts get stolen". There are stores within a two mile radius that don't seem to have this problem, eg Walgreen's, Lucky, Safeway. Very sad state of affairs at this CVS - it is the worst!

This review is for the pharmacy department. All my prescriptions were transferred to this location from the CVS that closed down near Valley Fair. I have an autofill for my hormone medication (which I need urgently for my endometriosis). This CVS didn't have it in stock and they said they would order it and it would come the next day. They further remarked that this medication shouldn't be delayed as it's not in backlog. I called the next day and they still didn't have it in and they said it should come in the next day. This continued many times- whilst I'm running out of my pills with very little left. After almost a week of being told it will come in, I told them that this was unacceptable. The lady was extremely rude to me and cut me off. When I asked her what I should do if I run out of pills, she said she didn't know. This is ridiculous as without my medication I will have severe pain and a flare up. After the call I was distraught, and decided to call the CVS in Cupertino. The man immediately helped me and filled my prescription within 3 hours. I am so disguised with CVS and the lack of professionalism. The pharmacy technicians need to learn how to speak respectfully and put the patients medication needs FIRST. I will never go back to this location.

This store doesn't have a cart for their customers to use. How is a person who has a disability relies on leaning on a cart to get around because they are using a cane or one crutch to get around and now have carry a basket to put their items in. This is so wrong.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Just another cog in the wheel of what's wrong with healthcare and I'm sure they blame the pandemic when it's truly just them being lazy and not following through. They turned away my husband and daughter who had pink eye and had a prescription sent from their minute clinic at 5:51. My husband immediately stood in line and at 6:05 they told him that they couldn't not help him because it was 6pm and they were closing. They claimed to jot receive the prescription, the minute clinic NP even walked over to show proof of having she tit twice and they literally just said "sorry we're closed can't do anything about it you have to go to Sunnyvale". The laziness, lack of empathy, lack of follow through and lack of general human decency is absolutely disgusting. That they could look at a little five year old girl with pink eye and be like "ehh I don't feel like doing my job because it's 9 minutes to closing, let's pawn her off on someone else". What if my husband took the bus or an Uber to this minute clinic appointment? What if he could t afford to drive her to a second pharmacy AND pay for medication. There are people out there who this could be their situation and you deciding to be lazy for the end of your shift and not help people could lead to someone not being able to get their medication and not have access to treatment..... DONT WORK IN HEALTHCARE if your heartless.... Sincerely a nurse who has worked front line in the ICU and emergent medicine and is tired too but still understands human decency and how to fulfill my job duties while I'm on the clock.... P.s. we will be filing a formal complaint because while we are capable of accessing a second pharmacy, I worry about that elderly patient or homeless patient who doesn't have the same means and can't get their insulin or antibiotics or bp meds because your pharmacists think it's okay to not fulfill their job duties....
