My first time I went to get my taxes done here and everything was very simple and straight forward. I highly recommend this company because the associates were very nice and the place is quiet and clean. Decent price as well. Definitely will come back next year

They do not call back or return emails. Impossible to get a hold of someone. When you call the person you are trying to reach is at lunch or is busy. They never call u back or respond to your messages. Dont waste your time with these people. Because that's all they are is a big waste of time.

This place was great and about community but they are now all about making money. Last year they forgot to send me my tax records and then charged me 20 dollars to send them via email.

The absolute worst. Person is a not knowledgeable about tax laws, write offs or deductions. In fact he's so ignorant that he just brushes of questions and/or tries to Google for answers. Paying him to just do data entry is such a waste when one can do it themselves at the gov website when filing. He doesn't want to help and just file you quickly so he can get to the next person. Very unprofessional and even tries to rush you out when you ask questions.

We filed our 2020 taxes with Noel. This was my first time filing jointly and and had to get ITIN for my wife. I went to Joel in the last two weeks of tax filing deadline. He handled things smoothly for us at a very reasonable rate. His quote was the lowest I got but the quality of service was high. This was the first time I had someone explain my tax return in detail to me. I gladly recommend Noel for your tax filing needs!

Noel is Tony the Tiger grreat! I've been doing my taxes w him for several yes now and his service is top shelf. Making an apt is always easy and and convenient to my time. He is quick and knows his tax business. Always polite, friendly and most importantly efficient. He answers all my questions and scenarios. He's always been able to get me the best returns. I've started to refer my family to him bc he's bilingual. This guy is trustworthy- definitely going back next yr!
