Colovore LLC internet service is much faster and easier than those big cable companies like AT&T with the ex-US broken English customer service. The installation appointment was easy and installation takes less than 10mins with no need for any ugly black boxes. Our technician, Victor Tam, was very friendly, promptly and patiently. I had a problem to access my door since we haven't moved in yet. Victor was very patient by waiting on the side. But once he started on the job, he was very fast and professional. Everything was done less than 10mins and no follow up problems. I hope Harrison team can be this efficient to figure my key problem.
