Can you just please update the hours accordingly if you are closed? I’ve been to the store twice and both time it said open online but it was actually closed. It’s so disappointing to waste customers’ time on getting here and see the store is closed

Phone number is incorrect and leads to corporate voicemail box. I called customer service to try to return something and the person couldn’t count 30 days on a calendar and argued with me. The person also said that an in-store purchase could be returned via shipping and to just go online and print a label, which is also not true - in store needs to be returned in store, I found out.

I went to the store to return an item I ordered online and the manager was very helpful &friendly, refunded me immediately and even placed an order for me in the right size with free shipping to my home. Save yourself the trouble!

The vibe is chic clothing boutique.Love the simple lines and elegance of many of the pieces.Karla warmly greeted me and helped select pieces!My gosh I love her energy and earnest effort to find the perfect garments to gift. Felt like a VIP!And yes, we rummaged the entire store!Got a couple pieces from the front...Then she showed me some sorta clandestine room in the back. MmHmm. Yes. Oui. Oui. It was packed with iconic Club Monaco apparel!The feel is clean lines that curve in the right places. Something rousing about the feminine hourglass form...but back to the review! Karla and another fabulous Club Monaco staff, a young lady, started wrapping the garments. Love the chill vibe of this store! Would buy everything again! Woohoo!

Enjoyed the style of this brand but the staff attitude at valley fair location is a complete turn down. Few examples I've encountered:
1. My friend bought a cashmere dress and the 'manger' was eating chips and wrapped the dress with her greasy hands. My friend called to complain, but nothing changed.
2. Bought a dress in store. Asked if they have a new one at the check out and the staff shared teasing facial expressions among themselves as if I said something funny. Extremely disrespectful. The best part is I got home and found out they gave me the wrong size. The 'Manager' was also there.
3. Came back to exchange to the right size later. Arrived at 8:25pm in a week day and even tho google says they close at 9, the 'manger' had locked the store b/c they are 'short of staff'. Allowed me in but acted as if I owed her money. After completed exchange, did not even say anything or smiled even tho I had said thanks twice.
What can I say, the sales reps in this store really needs to step up their game. Otherwise, it's a complete turn down despite the product is good.

Customer service non existent. Definitely has gone downhill throughout the years. Came in today to find the white dress that had a knot in the front that was on a mannequin in front a week ago. Asked the 2 girls They said if we have it it'll be at the front. Hubby ask size ? And they said maybe small or medium and stayed in their section which was middle of the store Couldn't find it so we left. I 'll just leave my business to online moving forward . No need to come by this store

After making our purchase, one of the employees closed the door behind us as we exited the store at 4:15 PM. The sign on the door said staff are on break for 1 hr. Shortly after leaving, we realized that we had accidentally left our diaper bag (containing diapers, formula, blanket, etc. for our 10-month-old) in the store. When we returned at 4:50 pm to find our diaper bag, the store was still closed. We waited outside thinking it would reopen around 5-5:15 pm. By 6:03 pm we were still waiting and the store was still closed (see photo).Do not leave a sign saying your break is 1 hr when clearly that’s not true! Also rather than stating you’ll be back in 1 hr, state what time you will return so customers don’t waste their time waiting outside for you. Hungry and frustrated, we finally left at 6:15 pm to find food elsewhere in the mall. When we returned at 6:45 pm, the store had finally reopened and we recovered our diaper bag. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not one is that the actual employee who helped us make our purchase initially was helpful and polite.

Phone line not working, employees couldn’t care less about their job and the customers, not helpful at all. No one mentioned about the markdowns or the upcoming sales, was there for 3 dresses, the male employee didn’t take new ones when packing up, I had to request for it, one of them was out of size, and he refused to check other stores or order the size for me. Went back the next week to match the price which no one mentioned before, and was told that it’s over 7 days and I can’t do so, nor can I return them and purchase again… the male employee stood there refused to provide any help, I think he only said 10 words in total.Overall I feel the quality at Westfield Valleyfair has gone down so much, at the parking lot, people cutting off each other, non EV cars parking at the EV spaces. At the common resting areas you can see people sitting like they are in their own living room, shoes off, feet on the couch. Not to mention trash is everywhere. It is actually very disappointing, I wouldn’t go unless if it’s necessary.

It's 11:20 on a Sunday so they're supposed to be open at 11. Been here 20 minutes, the doors are locked, and there's no sign telling why they're closed. Few people came to try to shop, all wondering the same thing as to why the stores not open

Worse sale rep ever (4/28 4:30pm). Not helpful at all, did not bother to ask customer needed or even say hi. Zero star. Stay away from this store.

I absolutely love Club Monaco! Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful. Danny has always gone above and beyond for the customer's. I also really appreciate the upscale environment, without the pretentiousness. Overall wonderful experience

No star on this if there was an option on reviews. We went to this store because purchased clothes before. A lady showed anger attitude once not purchasing after trying them. There was an reason not buying but their service was really rude and disrespectful. They got items back and put/hanged them hardly and said bye have good day and walked away.
