Terrible people!! Parked my car for 2 seconds to place my order then was going to buy a vape the lady comes out saying tow truck is on the way and her daughter is holding her back from fucking me up!! Was going to bring my service there but would never get a dollar from me! Just wanted to place my food order before walking over.

I've been here before to purchase a flum and i came back tonight to try and purchase one and like every store that doesn't really "know" you they like to say the only flavors they have are clear which is bullsh*t how do I know I've been to many already. Anyways to the lady that was absolute no help to me lol anyways don't go here cause it's a waste of time if you're looking for flums

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! As soon as I park, a woman came out of the store to ask me if I was coming in if not, she's going to have my car towed away. I went in and tried to purchase a drink and then she said to me that "I still need to move my car because she loses customers and that I didn't need to buy a drink at her store." I guess spending $3 on an 8oz can of Coke was not worthy for her parking spot. Why didn't she say we have a minimum purchase policy if you would like to park in our parking spot??? FYI you lose customers by being rude and snarky to people. Please don't spend money at stores were people are bullies.

Horrible , walked in and said "hi guys , do you have any joints ? " and the lady started shaming me for buying joints at 5 months prego and told her I was buying them for my husband, after purchase she then threw my change .

Go check them out and be comfortable on your request because they treat you like family and never any bad vibes or awkward feelings They carry most paraphernalia probably more than I even know. Great prices and hours are convenient location is busy from the restaurants and dollar tree but never too bad to deter me from going to my ultimate favorite smoke shop!!

They have a good selection of water pipes, dab rigs, refillable e-cigs and smoking tools. Shout out for carrying my favorite mod, Luxe XR Max by Vaporesso!

Worst service ever I do no their scales are the worst they ain't calibrated super off and the glass is also the cheapest glass not recommend it at all garbage plus they tax too bad their is a no star cuz that's what I rate this smoke shop

Been there twice didn't want to write a review until I met more of the staff and really felt out the place. I must say it's amazing the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing is great also. The shop itself is beautifully organized. This is for sure my new go to smoke shop!

omg new fave spot!! was in search of a new piece after mine of 6 yrs broke. was able to find exactly what i wanted. also everything is super reasonably priced & the girl at the counter was friendly! switched out the bowl for free also so so kind! rly dont understand the bad reviews... def coming back!! :)

They sell expired products.Refused to provide a receipt. The manufacturer has recommended we get a refund from the purchase location.City Rock refused to provide a receipt or refund. Terrible customer service.I would happily remove this review, if they would just refund $30.
