I am a victim of fraud.A gd amount was taken.I have called after hrs cause just seen it. CEFCU bank u r a bank to not have a num where someone answers the phone#%€*+¥.You say emergency 24 hrs but no one answers.This is unexceptable.You can't provide this so your customers feel ok about banking with u.maybe I should rethink this.

The women working in the front were rude and offered no help. Their customer service is as miserable as they look.

CEFCU is beyond irresponsible in their banking services. The freezing of accounts is hostage taking of OUR MONEY.To fill a complaint go to NCUA Consumer Assistance Service for which is a federal agency and log a complaint. The telephone number is 1-800-755-1030. All customers who have had lack of customer service, please take the time to shut CEFCU down. I will be closing my account.Go with Provident or Patelco. There is so much better competition out there. Stay with a California registered credit union.

I just finished a contract position as a Member Service Representative at CEFCU. I must say that they whole staff over there is the definition of "benevolence." They treated me as if I was one of their own. They really care about their members. They go out of their way to help the members with whatever they need. They are professional, yet kind.

I've been a member for years and the service has always been excellent. Waiting in line at Bank of America can take an eternity, but I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 10 minutes at Cefcu even on a Friday.Really great car loan and personal loan rates with approvals in minutes. I'm often greeted by name here, which would never happen at a bank.

Went to Starbucks Saturday night for a coffee and to partake in a get together with friends, and was getting yelled at over the loud speaker by someone inside CEFCU that we are idiots and we will get treated like idiots, not sure what we were doing or what bad day he was having but I suggest sending him to some training classes.

Scam artist I put 5k in my checking come to find out these hoes kept putting the money in saving so they can get paid overdraft. They are scammers and lost my business. Thanks for helping me save money by no longer being a victim to your credit union

It was such a pain in the neck to redeem, my credit card points. They the people on the phone kept giving me the wrong information and didn't tell me they're not using to curewards website anymore (no wonder I couldn't login). I called three different places only to find out the right hand didn't know what the left hand is doing. Thankfully one of the bank officers was able to help me out, we had to choose between $100 gift card or something from their online store. I said we'll see their online store first, turns out their online store sucks, and has nothing I would remotely want. The only reason this is not one star is because the bank officer was very helpful. Never mind the hours I spent on the phone dealing with the credit card reward people. Time I could've spent at the gym or doing something I enjoy. This is not a real bank it's a joke, open an account establish your credit then get a real credit card at Chase.

Credit Unions are cooperatives. You should understand that when you become a client of this bank, you become a "member" of the cooperative...the credit union. These guys helped us navigate the PPP loan program and got us the funding we requested.Thank you for saving our business!

First I got a used car financed with a good apr for the brand/year of the car. I was good at paying it off. Decided to apply for a refinance of my home mortgage, no CU or big Bank came close to beat the terms of my new mortgage. The website/electronic services may not be as glamorous as the big banks but it is not important when I'm saving hundreds every month.
