  I am a victim of fraud.A gd amount was taken.I have called after hrs cause just seen it. CEFCU bank u r a bank to not have a num where someone answers the phone#%€*+¥.You say emergency 24 hrs but no one answers.This is unexceptable.You can't provide this so your customers feel ok about banking with u.maybe I should rethink... read full comment

  The women working in the front were rude and offered no help. Their customer service is as miserable as they look.

  Went to Starbucks Saturday night for a coffee and to partake in a get together with friends, and was getting yelled at over the loud speaker by someone inside CEFCU that we are idiots and we will get treated like idiots, not sure what we were doing or what bad day he was having but I suggest sending him to some training... read full comment
