I met Ajanvinder Kaur in Citi Pruneridge Ave on last week. I received professional and helpful services on my first checking and saving accounts with Citi. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner. she was easy to talk and made sure I understood everything that was presented to me. I was very pleased with saving account interest rate. I didn't know that and Ajanvinder introduced that to me. I will absolutely use Ajanvinder again in the future and introduce her to my family, friends and colleagues.I'd also like to thank you Hoda and Fatima. Very professional and supportive team.

Reps aren't helpful over the phone as they always push you to come into the branch despite the issue can easily be resolved by phone.

Hi, I have meet in this branch the best Banker that I saw in my life, I'm from France , I arrived is USA to start a business, of course that I had to open a business account, and I meet this super friendly girl from Citi, who was helping me with all the information that I need it, and she was very nice from the start, she teach me how it works with all the steps, all the documents that I need it, and she was very careful with all.TOP BANKER, AJAVINDER KAUR, 2500 PRUNERIDGE, SAN JOSE, CACITI BANK

I don't Yelp often, but today's experience with Ajavinder Kaur was such a pleasure and I think she worth a five star rating. I brought a unique question about credit card points redemption to the branch, before that, I already spend couple hours with customer service and online chatting but nobody know what they are talking. Ms. Kaur kindly offer to help me reach out to internal line of customer service, and in this whole process, she shows her patience, professional skills and passion to solve the problem. This is the best experience I have with CitiBank, she made my day!

Get in line 15 mins, the lady teller stared at me and didn't offer any help or hello! 2 employees are free at that time. Can't stay there anymore time as my child in car! Any services given here takes forever! They're empty all the time that's the reason! No star!

Just letting everyone know DO NOT use CITI Bank ever! They are very invasive! They want all your info, including your full SSI number everytime you talk to them. If you don't provide them with your entire identity they will not help you! I've been locked out of my account for 18 days trying to get my account number from them which they never provided to me and keep refusing to mail it! They let me know I can't help you. When you ask for there names they will give you a first name never a last so you can't report them. One guy told me my security question was wrong after obtaining all my info bank number, SSI number, address, and my security pass is the same I just used with another representative that said correct. None of the people are American that answer the phone all sound from India or they sound like they have a voice distorted sound like there hiding who they are! At this point I'm so worried now that I've locked my credit down.

So I had to report fraud over 3500 dollers and 65 transactions. They made me wait 60 days. The. Denied me with no refund with out even contacting me. Constermer service is the worse you call. The call drops. They ask you way to much info the. Just transfer you around tell the call drops. Then I find out who did the fraud I call them a To give them the info and they want me to jump throw hoops. Just to. Apile my my claim. Your money is not save with them. And they are careless with trying to help

They called me 3 times while I was at work. so I called on my lunch and their automated system took 30 minutes to get to a representative who hung up on me right away before even saying a word. So I had to just deal with the stress of people threatening my credit until I could get ahold of them. This was from a best buy credit card and the issue is still not resolved.

19 minutes on hold to talk to someone. After I gave him all the info, 5 minutes to get an answer on my daily ATM withdrawal. Citibank is a third world bank in its customer services.

why make an appointment if you get there wait 19 minutes and than you hear there is a confusion, you have to wait until someone can help you by the way no one is here can assist you to open a business acct. why in the hell do you want me to wait than!!!

This branch does not take their customer's privacy seriously. I was sitting with a banker in his "office" to open an account and he asked me all sorts of personal questions out loud such as social security, address, etc. and expected me to verbalize my answer. When I whispered my answer it could be heard across the entire building and he still asked me to speak up. He also did not believe that a nurse was a health care professional. This branch needs better sound insulation and real bankers offices if they want their customers to feel safe.
