Don’t go there. The worst Citi bank branch. We waited there for 20 mins to open an account. Even I asked them in the first place if they’ve had time or not, after 20 mins they told us they were fully booked. Show some respect.

Bad service, the people who are here did not ask me to help with a balance transfer, I took a credit card with them to transfer a balance that I have from another card and they told me that they could not help me with that.
