Staff is not professional and don’t take your time seriously. I was waiting in the lobby for personal banker on June/03/2021 lady personal banker came in didn’t even paid attention on me and asked the person came after me for help. Not sure what was she thinking or going through. I felt ignored in the bank.

Long waits, unhelpful staff except for Anuppam. She was caring and tried to do her best. She was new the first day I was there. After that, subsequent visits to try to see anyone to re-open an account had long waits, over an hour. I had to leave without help. I couldn't wait any longer.I'm changing banks after over 40 years with Citibank.

I'd give zero stars if it was possible. The staff attending to you helps others leaving you hanging. I'd understand that if we were helped correctly. The employee helping me did not know how to so they had to call different people at the back branch to verify information. In the end, even after providing all necessary documents my work did not get completed. Extremely frustrating. The only reason we are still with this bank is its proximity to our residence and because the Chase bank next door closed down which was a major bummer since it operated much much better than this branch.

Very sad place for any type of service, unless your going for ATM or very very simple transaction don't go there. There's got be better product knowledge and customer service somewhere in this Bay Area from someone who gives a dam about your money.

{3755 El Camino RealSanta Clara, CA 95051United States} is the location I'm posting this review for. They shut this location down to the public, not allowing any customers inside. Presumably due to the Omicron strain of COVID-19 I went there to help my mother, who is currently in a nursing home, restore access to her online banking. An Asian lady in her late 20s, whose name I was unable to get, would not open the door and because it was loud outside with vehicles whizzing by, could not hear her. Upon showing her my mother's ID and explaining I needed help with her online access, this employee claimed they would let me in after 10 minutes if I waited by the front door. She then went about her business and disregarded me until I went back to knock on the glass. She then said the manager wanted me to wait yet did not tell me how long, nor did this "manager" bother to approach me in person, essentially sending their flunky to dismiss me. This is very rude and while I understand they are being cautious, while waiting at the front door for them to "let me in", I observed several employees arrive at the same entrance the Asian lady stood at, letting all of them in promptly. This branch does not display when they will reopen. I recommend anyone reading this to bank at Chase or Bank of the West. Citibank is not worth your loyalty! I will be closing my account with Citi and moving my business elsewhere

Some years ago, I received a citi gift-card from my employer. I'm trying to figure out how much of a balance is still there, and how I can access it. There's a website listed on the back of the card, but when I visit the website, it no longer exists. I also emailed the address listed on the card. After multiple months, I have yet to hear from them. Finally today, I called the customer service number on the back of the card. The agent asked for my info, and I confirmed all my personal details and card info. She then asked me for my employee number. I don't have it, because I no longer work there. I try to explain that its just a gift card, completely unrelated to my employment, but she doesn't acknowledge anything I said, and claimed she cannot provide any info or answer any of my questions at all. I asked to be transferred to her supervisor. She said sure. I hear some music for a couple seconds, after which the call is abruptly disconnected.

No bathrooms for customers. My 89 year old Father and I had to walk over to the Fish Market Restaurant to use the bathroom.

If I could give this place no stars I sure would. They have two lines for costumers and no account holder lines. Now just because you don't have an account and so happened to get one of their stupid checks they make you wait until they are done with all their accounts t holders to take you. So it doesn't matter how long you've been standing in line, could be 30 min or longer they just keep making you wait. So is this place segregating the none costumers or what?? And they wonder why I won't open an account with them, perhaps because they have horrible costumer service skillssss!!!

No where else to express my frustrations, so here I am: I feel like I've been scammed by Citibank. I apply for a card, supposed to arrive in 5-7 business days. 3 weeks later, no card. I call, they say they'll expedite a card, it'll take 2 days. 1 week later, no card. I call in again, they said they can send another card. No thanks. I ask to cancel the card and that department is not open at the moment, I'll have to call back another day...well, how inconvenient. Remind me never to give them my business ever again.

Customer service "used" to be good about 15 years ago. I've been too lazy to shop around. Now I'm just fed up with Citibank. First they auto robo calling marketing and notification policy is such an annoyance. With today's work environment and companies moving to open floor plans ie) no more cubicles...we have no privacy and these idiots operators/programmers just don't get the hint not only can't I talk during business hours if I do talk to Citibank I hear the conversation of their office mate with another Citibank client. Identity theft anyone... another issue I have is their rude chat operators on their website. I had an issue with PayPal and Citibank's incompetent rep just basically told me to "f off" and take it up with PayPal. I had to remind the nit whit who the client was and basically tell him I was an auditor then he changed his tune. Anyway customer service at Citibank doesn't exist anymore. Time to give my credit union my money to store.

My husband and I went there to open our account . This is our first time with citi bank. A teller greet to us when we walked in and Mr. Agustin Zarate helped us for checking and saving accounts. He is nice, polite, and very friendly. He explained well about accounts and it was very helpful. It was great experience at there and I am glad to open account with citi bank.

You know when they say that terribly cheesing line, "don't judge a book by its cover?" I'm a biker, I ride a loud bike, wear leather and my hair tends to get crazy when I take a helmet off after a ride. I work for a top quality hospital, I'm educated, and respectful, and a veteran. I wear a suit to work everyday. Your front desk staff: Saturday 01/20/2018. Apparently everyone else deserves a greeting and a smile. Apparently no one else tends to disturb their private conversations behind the counter. They don't seem to be annoyed to help anyone who comes up. But I come in and no bats an eye or anything or wants to really help. So w.e. i lost my wallet in the middle of the highway and I'm coming through to pick up a spare card in the meantime. That's all I need.

Not the most pleasant batch of bankers. Much nicer folks in Sunnyvale. If it wasn't for proximity to other errands, we wouldn't stop here. From a customer relations view, this branch is sub-par.

Their customer service in the accounts group is horrible. Satheesh has no idea about the Citibank policies but yet still communicates with customers like their stupid. I finally was fed up enough to move all of my accounts (business and personal). They need to do a clean sweep at this location and start over.
