Got my tesla model x repair done here, the repair was on passenger side falcon door. Despite multiple attempts to fix the squeaky noise from the repaired falcon door, they were not able to fix this issue. They said the issue is due to the tesla parts.I appreciate them for their multiple attempts to fix this issue,But they haven't been successful on fixing this issue. They have also messed up the wheel alignment after the repair and they refused to fix it. I got it later fixed by tesla service center.

I brought my 2022 Tesla Model Y after a hit-and-run 2 days before Christmas and worked with Sonny. Sonny was very professional, courteous, and willing to help with the damage I sustained. I was able to get an estimate and make an appointment to drop off the car. They even helped with providing all the necessary paperwork to my insurance company(which was also Tesla) since they are a Certified Tesla body shop. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks for repair but actually took about week. They were really fast and Sonny kept me in the loop of the progress. The repairs were excellent and can't even tell someone hit it. I only had to pay my deductible as the insurance took care of everything else. Awesome, awesome job guys. Thank you. Thank you Sonny for your help. Will for sure recommend this shop for anyone I know that needs repairs on a Tesla.

The team here were very helpful and knowledgeable. Dropping my car off was very fast. They were quick with the repairs and I was able to collect my car in 5 minutes when the repairs were complete. Over all I will be taking my car here again in the future should I need repairs again.

Very friendly, professional staff. They texted me throughout the process of the work on my car. The work was done sooner than first expected and under the estimate! My car looks great. It was nice to work with a company that values customer service and quality of work.
