The only register open was in the main section of the store; I wish they'd included some signage on the baby section register explaining where to go to check out, I wasted time hovering around, looking for a staff person to help me there before I thought to check the adjacent areas.”
“This is the location of Carter’s I frequent the most. Not so big store but they have a variety of collections and good sales ongoing. I love the atmosphere in here. Always come in to get some good sets of pajamas and a couple of shirts and shorts for the little one.”

“The Abercrombie & Fitch store has undergone a complete renovation, transforming from its former dark, maze-like layout to a bright, spacious, and well-organized shopping environment. The store features distinct sections for women's, men's, and children's clothing.
During our visit to return some ill-fitting online purchases, we discovered their return policy limits: standard customers have 30 days to return items, while VIP members get 60 days. We maintain VIP status (which requires $500 annual spending) primarily for the free shipping benefit. It's important to note that returns outside these timeframes are strictly not accepted—not even for store credit.”
“This location has come a long way. For awhile it was always understaffed and messy. I’ve noticed significant improvement in the maintenance of the store and the presence of staff members during my more recent visits. Customer service is still an opportunity but that statement applies pretty much anywhere you go these days. I always seem to leave with something new and pleased with my overall experience.”
