I've been coming to this Chevron for the last 5 years and I've consistently experienced the same terrible customer service from the same rude older lady (Irene) as well. This morning (4/13/24 at 6:43am) Irene was rude, nasty and disrespectful! What kind of employee is so nasty and rude first thing in the morning? I’m going to try submitting a complaint with the Manager and hopefully he will be receptive to customer feedback?

Did put gas for $10 and saw the gas level didn’t change, unfortunately since it was late at night had to go back home and reported back next day. In my all years of fueling never had this happen, money gets deducted and the counter also showed as I fueled for $10. The manager said he can’t do anything. My bad I couldn’t go and ask right away affer fueling

They wanted a dollar (four quarters, they said) for air. I went to a different gas station, with my TPMS lights on btw, and got some air and finished within a minute.

I think this is my first-ever Google review and I normally wouldn't complain, however, I have absolutely had it with a certain older female employee that is the basis for the VAST MAJORITY of this gas station's poor reviews. I saw one posted as recently as ten minutes prior to me writing this! How she is still employed here, I do not know.As a daily customer of the gas station's convenience store, I have had the displeasure of being in this woman's presence for years. Up until today, I don't believe she's ever said a single word to me. She's never said "hello", asked how I was, or even given me a total price for my items. Nothing. I now realize how lucky I was that she had never opened her mouth.Today, I came in, grabbed a drink, scanned it, and asked her for a pack of cigarettes to which she just stared at me. I asked a second time, specifically mentioning the type I wanted, and she matter-of-factually responded "well that's the only kind we sell anyways". Simply inaccurate and I said so. I mentioned that they sell the other type and she responded with "what's the difference anyways" in a rather hostile tone.To the owner and other employees who I've come to know and appreciate, I am sorry but I will NOT be spending another cent here until she's gone and I'll take my business to 7-11 just up the street off Homestead.

There is one blond rude lady who askes people to bay something to go to restroom. It's redicilous. She has to get fired. Chevron doesn't deserve her.
