The automatic dryer at car wash doesn’t work. It’s really sad to see how one guy trying to dry 5 cars in the row with towel in his hand. 2 stars just because you have this guy. Car wash is average

Brain rot TV commercials at every pump. Volume extremely loud. No mute button. Had to walk inside because the credit card reader didn't work. Standing in line for gas in 2024, and then forced to listen to trash at 600db. Peak dystopia.

Update: Omid, the business owner, reached out to me regarding the situation. It feels good to know that the manager values each experience of the customer. He mentioned he will retrain his staff and reiterate the importance of detail. I've come back for the 2nd time and noticed the staff were more pleasant. They also used multiple towels for each section of the car.

Excellent CS (customer service) - needed help with the Chevron application and the loyalty purchase, was given step by step instructions & coaching. Don't be afraid to ask for help at this service station.

This review is for the car wash only. I went inside to purchase a car wash, note that prices have increased since pre-pandemic, see my pic below. The employee was very nice, however I told her I wanted to purchase the Deluxe ($10.99) car wash & didn't notice until I was in the car wash that she charged me for the Ultimate ($14.99). That was my mistake as well for not paying attention as there was some other activity going on at the register. She also gave me a packaged wipe to use on the steering wheel & dashboard, which was nice. A few changes: There is someone who actually dries the car off now. They charge to use the vacuum cleaner, there's a machine outside that costs $2 for 5 minutes. The car looked pretty good afterwards and I touched it up when I got home. I will definitely return but won't wait as long to wash my car!

This place was very good when I went through the car wash, The people were very sweet and did a pretty good job! And it’s not very a long wait, I love Chevron’s car wash it’s very nice!

Do not get your car washed here. The hand drying is a joke. They have 1 guy out there (poor guy honestly) with the same wet towel “drying” people’s cars and they aren’t even dry. I tried to get my money back since I paid for the most expensive car wash and it wasn’t worth it. I specifically go here because I don’t want someone hand drying my car. All of a sudden the dry does not work. Sounds like a scam to charge moreI couldn’t even get a refund because the manager was not there and the girl at the register said she could not do a refund. What kind of business has employees that can’t do simple refunds.

You need to either have all your workers ask for ID or not all. Asking for ID from someone who has been there numerous times is ridiculous. The Asian lady has helped me before so she clearly knows I'm over 18. No need to ask for ID. The two Mexican/Hispanic ladies never ask for my ID. In fact the Asian lady is the only one who does.

The customer service at this Chevron location is always consistent. They're courteous and helpful. The gas prices are often better than the other Chevron on University. Its spacious and even better that it has its own carwash. However, this carwash sometimes is not open when it needs to be but when open and operating it is so helpful to have! The air is always free but vacuuming is $1.75. Lately vacuuming and air has been experiencing some rough times because its been wearing the "out of order" sign for a minute. While they might not work the fact that it has these things available makes it a worthwhile stop.
