My interactions with this Chase Bank branch have been consistently disappointing. They have repeatedly failed to accommodate simple requests like changing the type of credit card or closing an account. Instead of offering assistance in person, they routinely redirect customers to their phone support line. This begs the question: what purpose does this physical branch serve if they can't adequately address customer needs?

Will rate a zero if there is, the worst Chase I’ve been to! Disrespectful and lazy banker at the desk even though the reception is kind but the staff never provides useful information when asking and don’t want to provide service.

Perfect location but unhelpful people. Every time I come here I have to wait and wait. Doesn’t happen at other Chase branches.

It was really difficult for me to understand what one of the banker was speaking. His service was mostly passive and I felt like I was on my own. I would probably go to another branch next time.

Unfortunately, very poor customer service. Bankers provide misleading information and they are not helpful at all. My experience with other Chase branches was really good though.

I've been a Chase customer for 10+ years. I'm trying to roll over an IRA account and they literally will not do it. So I went to this branch with my paperwork in hand to do it in person. I was told I'd have to wait for a banker. Spent the next few minutes be interviewed by the greeter with questions the banker should've been asking me. Instead, this "banker" was strolling around the back doing paperwork, instead of focusing on the customer in front of him. The good part is, this experienced inspired me to check out other banking rates, and there's so much better out there. I'm looking forward to pulling my $$ out of this joke of an institution.

Horrible service ! I’d give it no stars if I had the option. Completely incompetent , didn’t know what they were doing, completely rushed me, and worse opened my account to later close it and didn’t even notify me ! And told me my money is “coming in the mail” beyond frustrated with this whole process

One of the worst experiences I had in a Chase bank. The lady who was supposed to "help" us gather information about opening a new joint account was as arrogant and condescending as she could be and barely provided any information that was of use to us. If you want a more helpful and welcoming experience at a Chase Bank, definitely avoid this one.

I'm so glad that I had Anita Mann as my banker. The experience of opening account at Chase was joyful because of her. She's professional, smart, and super nice. I would recommend Anita and Chase to all my friends.

I had a really nice experience with Seihar huy that helped me open my bank account as an International student. We had really nice conversations and would highly recommend visiting this branch if u wanna open a bank account.
