By and large this Chase Bank branch is very good, they've got great service, they're fully staffed as much as any bank is anymore as they try to minimize their reliance on humans and move customers over to ATMs. You can find a team of loan officers, account specialist to open up new accounts, they have investment advisors and unfortunately they only have three windows usually staffed by one sometimes two tellers, occasionally three when they get really busy. They haven't been enforcing the parking lately and visitors to Valley for a shopping center I've been taking up all the parking spots so parking can sometimes be difficult to get in and out if you need to make deposits or take care of banking.

Revisited this Chase Bank at the Valley Fair Mall this morning, and had a very good experience. Kaitlyn, who is her banker was very efficient and very friendly and very knowledgeable. At the front Adam also greeted us with professionalism. The best staff is very friendly. Also, the manager came by to ask us if we needed help at the beginning. We had been asked by several other employees if we needed assistance. Thank you Kaitlyn for making our banking experience very positive !

My daughter went to chase to switch her account and they told her they didn't have time. There were no other customers in the building and they weren't closing for another 30 minutes. Terrible customer service, don't come to this chase.

Been with chase for over 16 years, and fist time need in bank help, bank was busy first day and second, however today was very quite and not busy at all. the greeting person asked me “how can I help you with his pad on his side” when I he found what I need he asked “ do you have a appointment” then he looked around at the empty place and said “ probably not today my be other time if you want to make an appointment “Question to chase, if you have someone eager to say hello at the door and decided not to help you and did not attempt to contact anyone in the offices if they can. Why then you have him or her at the door creating?

Horrible and rude Customer service. One associate asks you to wait and after waiting for 30 mins, another comes over to say that you have to wait in the line. They all had seen us waiting outside the desk rooms. And the lady Teresa needs to be trained in how to speak to a customer. And she needs to do her job. She’s getting paid for sitting and doing nothing.

Just a heads up, this location is temporarily closed except for their ATM and deposit services. Came on 9/7 to create a chequing account just to find the branch closed with no notice on either Google or the Chase site. Not sure when they'll re-open. A rep at another branch mentioned something about some kind of outage?

I have been a long time Chase customer and I have since used many other banks. I don't know why I have stayed with them for so long, perhaps it's the proximity. Anyway. The straw that broke this camel's back is today's experience. I went on my regular 4 miles jog which passes the bank. I wanted to deposit cash into my account which I know the account number. With the deposit slip completed with my name and account number, I was told they cannot accept my deposit without an ID! For heaven's sake, I was putting in money. Not taking out money. There are other ways to validate, even if I thin it is a stupid policy. Ask me for address, phone number, social security, specific transactions etc. They insisted I must have an ID! So I had to complete my jog and make another trip (another jog as my wife had taken the car!)How d*** can this policy be!!I will be closing both my personal and business accounts soon.

I asked the lobby for a consultation with someone regarding an opening account, and the lobby walked to the 3 separated desks and all of those clerks were unable to assist me, and the lobby she came back to me and she “said they are busy and you can try to come back another time..” , I don’t recommend anybody to come here and waste time if you want any consultation go to different bank location

Chase is one of the banks I belong to and whether going into this location or calling them on the phone they have always treated me fairly and taken care of my banking needs. Unfortunately most of the services they provided me I can now do online so I find myself less incline to visit this banks locations.

Diana La very professional and experienced she helped me a lot with the login and password for my business account, by mistake I forgot to activate it at the set time, it took me only 3 minutes I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed of the service and the quality of the services provided Thank you very much for saved time!!!

I just went over there today and the teller was helping me after I was done with her I asked her i want to talk to a banker and the time was 4:45pm and she said we are closing up everything but the actual closing time was 5pm, and she told me to come back other day. because they just closed up everything like 20 to 30 minutes earlier. even its only one minute before actual closing time they have to help customers. they should close up exactly at 5pm. they should not close earlier and have customers to come back other day. I will also call headquarter to file a complaint.
