Chase is not that bank anymore how they started.Clearly it's a Private Wealth bank now. The service is almost to nothing. The wait is just not worth it. No such system for customer check in.

This location only has ATMs to help with withdrawals and deposits and maybe one human attendant. Perfect for what I needed (getting cash in specific denominations to go buy donuts at Stan’s!) and Jojo was super lovely, cheerful, and helpful as well :)

No one answers the phone. You have to click through a long winded menu and then wait while it rings forever only to be told “no one’s available, good bye”. I’ve called three separate times today. Poor service.

This is the first branch I've been to where there are no actual bank tellers/teller windows. Unusual thing - there are some chairs in the center to sit while you wait until the next banker is ready for you. I was only the second customer when I walked it. I probably waited about six minutes. Definitely an interesting concept if and when they'd have a long line.

Don’t bank at any chase, they take forever to clear checks even for people with direct deoposits of equal amount.

Randomly blocked all 3 chase credit cards and online access due to "suspicious activity on account". Called 3 times over the course of a week now and every time they say "we're working on it on the backend, we'll call you back in 24-48 hours" and then never call back. I haven't been able to use any chase cards during this time and I will probably never use this bank again if they keep up this ridiculous behavior. I'm surprised because I've had good experiences with them in the past but this is inexcusable.

If your black this is not the bank to go to. Went in today to speak with someone about business loans since the website has limited information and keeps telling you to make an appointment, the bank manager was rude and negative the whole time. Then had to call for help and the person on the phone didn’t speak clear English or know how to help me. Won’t be back there for any business needs.

I went into this branch after another Chase branch- nearby turned away my request to open a checking account for my daughter due only banker on lunch break. But this branch has only one new banker serving another customer and the other banker is on lunch break until 3pm. A lady associate told me maybe 3:30pm the banker on lunch would come back or making an appointment. Suggested to me that I need to make an appointment, I told her I did but Chase did not tell me to that two forms of IDs are needed, making the appointment useless. Lazy people who make no attempt to serve customers, might as well just close the branch forever.

Worst customer service ever...., Maranda Alvarez has the worst customer service..... it seemed like she was in a hurry like she wanted to leave it was very disrespectful she had no patience and she couldn't help at anything I felt bad for the guy in front of me too she has no manners and couldn't resolve his issue like what's the point of having a branch if they're not going to help.

After attempting to handle business for a family member who is a Chase Private Client I've given up on this branch. I would rather drive across town to a different location to avoid the frustrations of dealing with this location. When I polled friends to find another location with competent staff, all I got were similar stories of frustration and wow. Makes me glad I don't bank with Chase.
