Here you can find several brands and styles of sport and street clothing, specially sweatpants, joggers, jackets and hoodies. Sneaker stock and t-shirt is quite limited, though, so if you are looking for the latest kicks release, specially Nike or Jordan you may find better luck next door. Still this spot comes recommend.

The store staff very unprofessional in handling my issue. I got a severe shoe bite after I wore shoe for the very first time and went for a walk. Per staff I should have walked about a mile in the store when I tried it to make it exchange eligible. On saying that their service is not what I expected. One of the team members started taunting behind my back self praising their efficiency. I called up customer support and to my surprise they were reluctant to talk to this particular store members. As per them they have received similar issues from other customers for this store. They routed me to another store in Milpitas and help resolve my issue. I am not sure why Champs do bit train or replace this staff when they are already aware of their incompetent customer behavior.

I walked in ,no one greeted me or offered help. So I took my business elsewhere.. I went to Nile and bought me 2 pairs of shoes. They were very busy but they were helpful..

Champs Sports is good and affordable. They sometime short on employees so it can take them a while to help or get you the shoes you want. So if possible come here on the hours when the store is not packed. Everything I got from Champs Sports is on fair price and quality. I recommend it.

I just waisted an hour trying to purchase 3 pairs of shoes. I tell you these days people really don't care about customer services. After waiting an hour for my shoes I just decided to walk away. The young lady took her time and she forgot to get a pair of black shoes I requested. She just forgot. One hour is to long for carelessness

I should've read the Yelp reviews before deciding to pick up a pair of kicks here. I walked in, checked out what was on the sales floor and looked around to see if an employee noticed me to see if I can be helped. Stood in front of the shoes I wanted for about 15 minutes before I made eye contact with an employee that was actually helping someone else, who ended up running into the back of the store to grab the shoes I wanted. The cashier who I was waiting on was calling for help for something with a customer she was already ringing up, but it's like, why is this even taking so long? Keep in mind, it's a slow Wednesday, there's about 7 employees and 3 shoppers, but why did it have to take so long to ask for help or get rung up? This place seems welcoming with all the bright ambience but when it comes to customer service and asking them if they need help, it's definitely something that management needs to push cause I mean, this store isn't exactly self-serve when it comes to shoes. Oh, and they don't sell spare laces either which makes NO SENSE. A SHOE STORE THAT DOESNT SELL SHOE LACES WTF

I received an email that my order was ready to pickup. When I entered the mall, the store was CLOSED, even thought I was there before the store closure. The doors were locked, nobody was inside, and the lights were off. I called the store number about 5 times and nobody answered. I’m very disappointed with the store for unexpected closure.

Overall, a pretty bad experience here. From the moment I walked in nothing was said to myself or my partner. We were looking for a certain shoe and I found it and wanted a size but it seemed like everyone just wasn't trying to work. I walked up to one female and asked for help(didn't give her a size) and she just said give me a moment and walks into the back and doesn't come out for the rest of the time that I was in the store. Customer service is horrible here
