I went in to reposition clasp on my watch that I had purchased internationally.Ms. Ange was the salesperson who attended me. Initially when I made a request to reposition the clasp she wasn’t sure if that’s possible but she assured she that she will help us out. Finally, when I went in to pick up my watch, I was pleasantly surprised with the fit of the watch on my wrist after repositioning. It was just perfect! Thanks Ange.

During my recent store visit to purchase a love necklace, I experienced discomfort while interacting with saleswoman Ms. Nicole Do. She lacked a welcoming attitude and, when I asked for her professional opinion, her responses were vague. However, the store manager was helpful and friendly. I did make a purchase, but I don't plan on returning to this store in the future.

Visited this store once and was treated like an inconvenience by the SA assigned to us. We decided to stop in again thinking maybe it was just an off day, but we were again treated like the SA (different one) couldn’t be bothered. I got the sense that this is the general attitude of the staff at this particular location.We visited because I wanted to take a look at some pieces that were potential purchases, pieces that I fell in love with on the website and wanted to see them in person and try on. However, I feel like if you tell your SA you are “just browsing”, then they don’t want to waste their precious time on you.Aside from this store we have also visited the downtown SF location for an engraving service on our Cartier wedding bands and to browse and the service there was by far better- they were much more courteous and helpful when I asked to try things on.We have also visited the flagship Cartier boutique in Paris where we actually made our purchases from and the service there was a world apart from the US stores. They treated us with the utmost respect and made us feel so special.If you live in the Bay Area, I would recommend the SF location over this one. It’s unfortunate that this store does not meet the Cartier service standard.

My fiance and I visited Cartier for the first time while shopping for our wedding bands. Seeing how Cartier is viewed as a direct competitor to Tiffany & Co, we expected a similar “premium” experience as we had with our visits to Tiffany. But that was NOT the case. The front greeting team was delightful (the reason why this review is not a 1 star) but our experience with our advisor was much below expectations. Unfortunately we both did not get her name, but the advisor made us feel as though we were bothering her and her attitude was not welcoming. This encounter really lost Cartier our business for our wedding bands and potentially even future purchases. Speaking with other friends, it seems as though they had similar experiences in the past. This is very disappointing and we hope that the management here will take some actions to improve the customer experience.

My SA Yorky who is really profession with jewelry. He explained the difference from the color and gave me the true opinion. During the shopping period, offered the water for me and my friend. Such a thoughtful guy. I definably will introduce this store to my friends.

Unless your name is Donald Trump these people will treat you like absolute garbage. These are some of the most rude, disrespectful, self entitled, narcissistic, condescending, pretentious and snobby people on the face of the planet. The first words the employee may as well have said to us was "Get out, you're poor." My friend was looking for a ring and I tagged along and the world's snobbiest salesman made it known that we were not worthy of his precious time. He barely acknowledged us and our questions and made us feel unwelcomed and stupid. It was so dehumanizing and ruined a great day. What amazes me is that we stopped by Tiffany's and Bvlgari before and were treated like actual people. They were kind and helped recommend different pieces and styles and were so much friendlier than the employees at cartier. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Garbage jewelry store with garbage people with garbage over priced junk disguised as jewelry and a grabage brand. Apparently we're not worthy of cartier. One thing I learned is that we will not waste a single penny on cartier and we will take our business to a company that actually treats everyone with respect and not just those with a big bank account.

I was interested in a diamond bangle bracelet but I looked through the window and saw every staff inside wore mask, I decided this is not a place for me to shop as I am anti-masking. It's been three years this COVID BS got to stop. Unless these indoctrinated human beings become normal, remove their masks and show me their faces, I am NOT giving them business no matter how much I like that bracelet.

We walked right in and were promptly helped by Yorky. He explained everything about the necklace and even showed me some other ones like it! He was very helpful and overall it was a good experience at Cartier. I will definitely be back at this location to expand my jewelry collection soon!

My husband bought Cartier Pasha watch for my birthday and wanted the watch pick up to be a memorable experience for me. Tuan's level of service exceeded all my expectations. He arranged for us a private room with champagne and exquisite selections of mini-pastries . He gave us time to relax and enjoy the treats. Tuan was very professional and personable which made this experience unforgettable. Any future purchases from Cartier will be done with Tuan Tran. Looking forward to my next experience buying a Love bracelet.

I have been visiting this store since 2017. Store associates are very friendly and have become good friends since. They offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend you make an appointment. Send pictures of what you intend to buy, specify the carat/ color etc so your store associate is better equipped to help you when you visit. They also offer complimentary jewelry cleaning at their store.

Came in to try some wedding bands for my boyfriend. Was told there were two parties ahead of us and that they will be right with us. We were looking around and was waiting about 20 minutes. We noticed there were literally 6 associates and ONE customer being helped. Everyone else was just standing around. We decided to leave and not get a cartier at all. I just finished working out at Orangetheory in the mall, so I was looking a little grimey with workout clothes on. So I truly believe they thought I couldn’t afford anything. Reading these reviews also validated my concerns. Please do better.

Visited the Cartier boutique in Valley Fair once in December and the second time a few weeks ago.I was greeted warmly at the door and then introduced to our sales advisor Pegah. She was very personable and friendly trying to understand my needs. After helping us picking the right piece, we sat down together and she offered us some coffee.At some point when I was speaking French with my friend, she started speaking French with us, and I should tell you this; I was amazed by the talent and the effort she made to get to know us. You don’t get to see the diversity in luxury boutiques, as most of the sales advisors are Asian.For my first visit, I purchased La Panthère Ring, and for the second visit, she helped us pick the Étincelle De Carier Necklace.Pegah went above and beyond to meet our needs, and we definitely will be going back to her, for our future purchases.

2nd time we visit to get love bracelet ❤️ josh the salesman(tall blackguy) who first assist us was so nice and accommodating thats why we drove 2 hours to come back and get another bracelet..i exchanged my first purchase ( nail) to love bracelet because it fits better. The second lady(Mai) who helped us is nice too..She is very knowledgeable and really know what she is selling. Her suggestions make sense, wasnt planning on buying ring but end up buying it coz it’s gorgeous.. definitely will coming back❤️ Hubby and i love the experience.. Btw didnt expect the champagne and make it more special ! Thank you for such great experience ??

Rolled in to Cartier for the first time with my 2 year old and my husband and we were greeted warmly by the staff at the door despite not having an appointment on a Saturday. We browsed around for a brief moment and were helped right away by the lovely and exceedingly friendly Pegah Taheri Eilaghi. She is so sweet and very personable and I highly recommend working with her! She was patient with us and so kind to our toddler. We're pretty casual and non-pretentious people so we were pleased that all of the staff we came across were warm and friendly. We left with our bracelets and our tot was gifted some surprise goodies, too! A wonderful experience all around!
