Paid for food & delivery on the app? Order was canceled and failed to answer phones or take any responsibility after basically stealing my $28 dollars. I even left a note for the manager to call me to discuss my refund? NOTHING. At this rate this place will be out of business very very soon!

Unfortunately this Carl's Jr has gone way downhill. There used to be a friendly, safe, comforting feeling here, but no more. No more salt and pepper shakers on the tables, no napkins to be found anywhere, it's dark, dim and it's got a cold feeling and strange "on death row" vibe.As we're standing in line waiting to order a customer came up to complain that there was no syrup in the Dr. Pepper for the soda machine. After standing in line for 10/ish minutes, I ordered what I thought was the posted menu price for the bacon guacamole burger of $14. The cashier asked me, did I want a medium or large, I said medium assuming that was the smallest size. The price rang up at $16 plus per combo instead of the $14 shown on the menu. When I questioned her she said "oh the $14 is for the small" which she never offered, so there was some bait and switch situation going on that just felt dirty. The post the small price on the menu board and ask if you want medium or large, very deceptive. OK, so the experience is going from weird and cold to now I'm extremely turned off as if I had been lied to, it simply wasn't right. As if the cold, dreary depressing environment isn't bad enough, other customers are complaining about the soda machine not working right, getting cheated at the counter, now, my bacon guacamole burger is flat and lifeless, unlike Carls Jr burgers of days gone by. Check out the picture I posted, it doesn't look anything like the picture featured on the menu, talk about a let down. OK, so I head over and yes, the syrup levels on the soda machine were very low so it was almost as if we were drinking plain soda water across the board on the three different sodas I tried (I'm a mixer). The whole experience was just so very disappointing at this location, and nowhere near the standard it should be and I'm accustomed to for Carls Jr.I'm sure this restaurant is struggling after covid, but $16 for a combo that was advertised at $14, wasn't good, watered down soda and deceptive sales practices is a SURE WAY TO CLOSE A BUSINESS and turn customers away. There's a reason this location is doing poorly, and somebody clearly doesn't care.Unfortunately I won't be coming back here again.....disapointed to say the least. Caveat Emptor, be ware...

Just bought the Fund Raiser book last week, and today tried to use it, was told their computer will not accept it. What a joke.

Came her for breakfast around 9:30 am. Was really craving a breakfast sandwich. Other fast food breakfast sandwiches always give me a stomach ache. Food came out nice and hot. Coffee was at a good temperature, not too hot but not luke warm either. Enough to drink in gulps. The lady up front who took my order was super nice. Didn't catch her name, but whoever worked cashier on the day i posted this in the AM. Thank you ?

I had not had Carl's in a while and enjoyed the simple nuggets and waffle fries meal. It was a quick in and out which I appreciate.

I placed an order using the app. Once we got here the lady at the front taking order gave us an attitude saying no order came through. I looked on my app and for some reason my order was canceled. I think she canceled my order. I asked her if my money would be returned immediately and she said yes. That was a lie. Also I planed on eating there, their floor was so sticky it was disgusting. I told her about it and all I got was an attitude from her. I'm never coming back to this location unless they get a new staff with a better attitude. I suggest nobody supports this location. The worst service ever...

Incredibly rude worker picked up the phone when we called to resolve an incorrect order. We were rudely told no and that we were incorrect. No attempt to help us resolve. The issue at this point isn't even receiving the wrong order, it's how absolutely rude the worker was. We understood that sometimes mistakes happen with food, but the rude tone and attitude was absolutely a choice and not a mistake. Horrible, don't order here.

this is not the first time I notice that the taste of french fries and nuggets is bitter. Please change your fryer oil more often.

Burger place. I had a California classic burger. Good value. They have a variety of different burgers to choose from. Place is clean and orderly. Nostalgic advertising on the walls.

Pretty good for a fast food place. Got a healthy combo: orange justice, fries, chicken tenders.

We were recently picking things up in the CVS plaza at Saratoga and San Tomas in Santa Clara around mealtime. As we looked across the parking lot we saw a Carl's Jr, and hadn't visited one in awhile so we gave it a shot.We shared a large order of Crisscut Fries. These may be my third favorite type of fries behind crinkle cut and shoestring. These were as good as ever. Crispy and nicely seasoned. 5/5She had the 3-piece Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders. She enjoyed them and I took a bite. They were as good as ever, but the condiment was a disappointment. Previously, these were served with a small ramekin of honey mustard which enhanced the flavor of the chicken. This time we were given a pre-packaged Heinz honey mustard. While this is fine and all, it was not as well matched as their previous dip. Yes, it matters. 4/5 for the tenders, 2/5 for the dip.I tried the Primal Angus Thickburger. I don't know why I do this to myself. I know better, but the picture and description looked so good. It was supposed to be a 1/3 pound patty piled high with slices of prime rib, onion rings, smoked cheddar and amber BBQ sauce. Carl's Jr usually does a pretty good job with their limited special items. Would this be the fast food prime rib burger that worked? Nope. First of all, this was made a long, long time before it was served to me, so the usually good 1/3 pound thickburger patty was dried out and crusty. I detected no smoke in the cheddar, I think they just used a regular cheese slice. The "prime rib" was almost non-existent-- little, dried out pieces of beef. The only redeeming thing on this was the amber BBQ sauce which was like a Carolina mustard based style. Sadly there wasn't much on the burger. Seriously, why do I order this kind of stuff. Do I like the abuse? 2/5Carls Jr is what it is, a pretty good fast food place with some good standard items and some hit or miss limited availability offerings. The quality of the experience will vary from terrible to great depending on the people managing the location and the crew who prepare your meal. This tends to be true with a lot of the older fast food places. You give it a shot and hope for the best. 3/5 overall.
