It's been awhile since I purchased anything from Brighton. I do have quite a few pieces from their collection (earrings, sunglasses, necklaces, bracelets, and even flip-flops) that I have accumulated over the years and absolutely got alot of use with no problems. The sales associate who recently helped me at the Valley Fair location was friendly and patient. I ended up buying a chunky ring and bracelet. I love both and have worn alot especially during recent travels. I highly recommend Brighton for good quality, timeless and stylist fashion accessories.

I have thousands of dollars of Brighton jewelry. I have been a loyal customer for many many years. For the 1st time, I tried to return a ring that was defective. The 1st time I wore it (Meridian Eclipse) all of the black wore off. The sales representative and the manager basically accused me of intentionally damaging it or being reckless with it and refused to refund me. This was after having the ring for only a week. Not only did this tarnish my impression of this store itself but of Brighton in general. It wasn't the money, it was the demeaning way in which we were treated which is not the Brighton way of treating customers in the past.

I had the most amazing experience at the Valley Fair Brighton store recently. Carmi the manager and all the staff were so lovely it was like shopping with family! Lots of really honest and appreciated input from the associate Grace along with the other staff. I ended up buying several items that are already topping my favorites list. Thank you all for making my stop at Brighton so memorable and such a pleasure. Can’t wait to come see you all again to check out the newest additions. Louise

This is one of my go to stores for everyday casual accessories. I usually make my purchase when they have promotion of free totes for a purchase amount. Been doing it for about 3 or 4 years now and got some cute collectibles out of it. The designs of the accessories are nice enough to accentuate simple outfits. Prices are reasonable. Recently they've been adding stones to their usual silvers, and found a perfect set for my summer outfit. They also have leather bags and shoes there. Love the customer service. They are helpful and friendly. The sales personnel have been warm greetings. They also offer free cute water bottles with floral plastic sleeves/sticker which comes in handy during hot days.

CUSTOMER DISSERVICE RETURN POLICY--I made an online purchase and accidentally ordered two of the same bag. I traveled to the store today (15 miles from my house) to return the duplicate item. Prior to arriving at the store, I saw a printed message that I could not return any item from the purchase unless I also returned the free gift with purchase, which I recall seeing in the box when it arrived, a little flower necklace. When I arrived at the store, I explained to the sales associate that I read the printed message after leaving my house and that I did not have the necklace and asked what my options were. She explained I have to return the gift with purchase or purchase something of equal or greater value. I said okay, I will take a merchandise gift card and then buy something another time as I was in my work uniform and on my lunch break. She said she couldn't do that, that I had to make a purchase while in the store. I said, okay, then can I just pay for the gift with purchase and return the duplicate item? She said no, you cannot do that. I found this very unreasonable. I explained that the Brighton store is 15 miles from my house and another trip back and forth and time is not worth the cost of the $55 bag. The store manager offered no immediate option. I left the duplicate bag in the store and returned to work. I called Customer Service and they re-stated the same customer hindrance policy. After 30 years, I am sadly no longer a Brighton customer.

The sales force here is amazing! They are ALL warm, friendly, professional and courteous! There are just not enough words to describe the amazing people at this store. The products are amazing, they wear well and Brighton stands behind their product. If I'm not going to buy the real deal this is the place I go to and I recommend you go there as well, you will not be disappointment. Jae is my girl but so are many others. Thank you Brighton for having such amazing staff and product!!!

Unwilling to provide me with a return/exchange after I spoke with the store manager, she wasn't in when I came in. Back story.. I purchased a few items as normal... I called after about 3 months of not being able to come back to exchange two if they four items. Then Covid hit, everything shut down including the store. Why should I have to return on their terms now? How does the return rule work? Before they reopened, I moved and started working remotely and was no longer in the area. I called the manager, no problem she said, if you have the receipt... I have the receipt! I'm just very disappointed. I've provided referrals and have always given rave reviews.. NO TODAY! Not fair Brighton.. not fair.
