Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The African American manager should be fired, he's terrible and has zero customer service skills. I spent $1,100 a couple of days ago on a few items and needed to return two shirts. This idiot manager kept accusing me of wearing one of them, even though the tags were still on (and no I didn't wear them). I tried them on in the store. He wouldn't return an unopened box of underwear because; "I don't do that". I get not returning underwear if the box was tampered with or opened, but the box is still sealed closed. He's arrogant, entitled and terrible at customer service - not to mention you better hold your breath when he talks! Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs.

I came to buy things that I had tried on earlier, I arrived at the store 16 minutes before closing, the door was open, all the shops around were open, there were no signs indicating that the store was closing early, at the entrance the man rudely said that the store was already closed and did not ask for Why did I come (everywhere the closing time is indicated at 21:00, I arrived at 20:44). My mood is ruined, I won’t go to this store again, maybe I’ll help those who read the review.

Very unpleasant staff, especially the male consultant. They were rude and behaved absolutely disrespectfully. Never set foot in this Boss store again

HORRIBLE QUALITY - worst store at the mall. The store manager(Tunde) and his staff are the worst ever, we purchased polo shirts from them and the quality was the worst, even worse than clothes from Walmart it self. The items they sold us were damaged and when we came back to resolve this issue, they wouldn’t even help us and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Any store on this planet in the United States would at least listen to the customers concerns and at least provide store credits or a refund by this store. Manager is just very unprofessional very rude and very bad customer service.

I bought a shirt in this store, I didn't like it and I returned the product in perfect condition and long before the deadline allowed, but my refund never happened, I've been to the store 3 times and they never solve my problem, which is very simple, it never happened this in no other store, very annoying this situation.

What a disappointment this has been.I bought a tux set from here. A multitude of issues unraveled as we went down the process.1. They were late with the alterations to the suit and pants.2. The pants were hemmed too long, even without shoes they were folding at the bottom.3. The shirt that they sold me had a nice stain on the back. When I tell the salesman, he's basically blind and isn't able to see it, but at least the store manager (Nima) saw it and exchanged for another one.4. Cherry on top: Given the delay in the order and the flight coming up, I just picked up the suit and went straight to the airport for the wedding we were going to. And guess what, the pants didn't have the buttons for suspenders. Now I don't know how unknowledgeable these clowns are at selling a tux; But a tuxedo isn't supposed to have belt loops, and this doesn't have one either (as expected). IT IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BUTTONS FOR YOUR SUSPENDERS. And of course in my rush to get to my flight I didn't think to check for this, as I had assumed their tailor was decent at his job, to say the least. Of course come event day, and where do I connect my suspenders to?Long story short, stay away from this store if you want to get a real tuxedo, they don't know what they are doing, and they will waste your time and money.

Wanted to get a shirt for my brothers bday but called and they said they were out, staff member alex called the sf store and had them do an over night shipment for free and get it on time for my brothers bday, amazing customer service definitely made it happen. Best short sleeve collared button up slim fit shirt on the block tho!

We went in for a quick return, and out of 3 working staff, only one was allowed to “process the return”. That guy asked us to wait for 10 mins and we could see him just walking here and there not really doing anything. He made us wait for a long time. Did not like the customer service, especially for such a big brand.

Always considered an upscale brand, with a luxurious touch. However this experience was not the same as before. Unorganized store, store smelled bad, unlike any other Boss store I have been to. Staff were friendly, however the service wasn’t even close to Boss standards.Purchased a complete tuxedo set, they didn’t offer the deal they had going on, charged me full price, charged me for tailoring shirts, and even charged for coat cover!! And other little things like not giving me a new shirt out of packaging, instead the one they had on the rack tested by other people, as well as not putting the receipt in Boss envelop.Canceled my order the day after and purchased the same order at SF store, 20% less price, and got the exceptional Boss customer service.Was not a good experience, I am gld I had other options

Wow! In the last 2 months or so this store has turned around QUICK. What used to be empty walls and shelves are not fully stocked with product . Women's ready to wear has more options as well. Such a fun unique look for the store. Staff is super nice and store is huge. ( Keep in mind it does get busy on weekends!)Alex assisted me in finding a gift and he has AMAZING customer service. He was very thorough in asking what it was I was looking for and gave me plenty of options of choose from. In addition, he also gave recommendations on how to accessories the outfit along with the perfect pair of shoes. Talk about above and beyond!! Whats great is that since we live in Silicon Valley we lean more towards the business casual attire. But if you ever need suits- they have a variety here as wellHighly recommend visiting Hugo Boss - don't forget to ask for Alex!

I got a great suit from this Hugo Boss location. Very stylish and That's all thanks to Alex! Very keen eye for sizing and fit. I left very happy.
