Worst experience I always go to Sherwin-Williams for paint but my client decided on trying Benjamin Moore paint It took around 6 coats to even look like the paint was on the walls when we talked to the client she suggested we go back to the store and figure if they can do something since they wasted a lot of moneyWhen we went into the store to show the paint and have them take a look since the product was "primer and paint" and it was really runny we thought it could of been a miscommunication or bad product but instead we were told by the manger that we didn't prep correctly and when they tested the paint it wasn't on any walls or anything it was tested on a vinyl paper when asked to dry the testers and they came back the paint was cracking on they're tester when we pointed it out they started making excuses Besides that the manager started hinting that we didn't know how to paint and was telling the client it was us that weren't doing the job correctly, there was also an employee who was wearing slippers while "working" to my surprise my client said that the employee that had "slippers" was the one that helped her chose the product and was promised it was the correct product and should have no issue with painting the employee quickly started having bad attitude and started being rude to myself and my coworkers, my coworker that has had years painting strictly with sherwin Williams paint and Kelly Moore was explaining and telling them this product was way to runny for it to be a paint and primer since Sherwin Williams paint is also primer and paint and was thicker and got walls done with a single coat if not two but was using this paint since the client got it , instead of understanding and being able to find a way to both be satisfied we were just treated horribly with attitude and remarks from the manager and employee and weren't helped at all and had to use sherwin Williams paint to do the work Benjamin Moore paint could do I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!! Go to sherwin Williams for paint they have people that know about the products and can vouch for it If your not satisfied they will do what they can to satisfy you unlike this place

The customer service was exceptional. They were able to provide me with 15 gallons of exterior Arua low sheen. I have came back multiple times since.

100% recommend everyone to buy their paint from this store. I am no a professional constructor when it comes to houses renovation and there are so many questions here and there. The onwer was super nice and patient to answer all my questions that would help me make a informed decision on DIYing my own place's painting job. The information about the paint was super transparent while the price was very reasonable.

Hands down the best experience. From the initial phone call to the in person meeting. Troy was nothing short of amazing. It's rare you leave a store these days and say "that was the best experience". We went in to decide on colors for our entire house and to make the purchase. Troy was able to answer all of our questions and also help us make decisions when we were stuck. Companies should mimic the experience here as they definitely set the bar.I will update my review to include the product later once or house is painted.

I came back to the store again later on the same day and I got amazing service, there was more staff all very polite and knowledgeable about their products. The first time I went it was just a bad timing sometimes happens. Great store highly recommend.

I really like this store and it's employees! I've called in twice and have come in once and the employees that I've worked with have been so superbly friendly and helpful no matter how silly my question. I'm new to the world of home painting and I'm glad I came here because they were friendly and welcoming. I was able to pick up a few different containers of sample paint for a very reasonable price to test out what colors I wanted to use to cover up our Fred Flintstone-esque rooms - Benjamin Moore Pale Oak it is!

I purchased some paint from Centrihouse couple of weeks ago. When painting one of the walls, and after applying several coats, we could still see the old color behind the new, the old color was a very dark green and the new color is a bright yellow, so it make sense that you'll need the extra coats.I came to the back to the store to purchase an extra gallon, and I told Troy the story, Troy apologize and said that this is on him because he didn't sell me primer to prime the wall before the paint, and gave me a gallon of the paint I needed absolutely for free! This is an example of a business owner that understands the value of "wow factor" when it comes to custoemr service. He maybe "lost" the profit on one extra gallon but he gained a lifetime return customer (+ this review )On top of the fact that Benjamin Moore paint is known to be the best quality paint in the market, having this high level of customer service is beating any competition to the ground.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service here, as well as competitive prices. The best thing was the great advice I received in helping to pick colors. I am very happy with the colors we picked and their overall service.
