The regional sales manager ended up allowing us to get our ring back. I've updated the rating from one to two stars. As soon as the site manager is replaced, I will update to 5 stars.

Liz Cano was very sweet. My boyfriend and I were looking at rings. This was the fourth shops we stopped by that day so we were a bit exhausted. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us what was available the moment and the customizations the shop offered. She was really patient and helpful and offered us water since we looked a bit worn out. It was a pleasure experience. Thanks again.

We had a lousy experience today (2.9.2024) at this Ben Bridge store at the Westfield Mall in San Jose. We had put a down payment on a watch we purchased in Socal. We were advised we could make the full payment at their store branch in San Jose. We traveled an hour to this store to make the full payment and when we entered an older female approached us (she didn't appear to be enthusiastic). She appeared to be the manager. We explained the situation to her and she wasn't aware of this type of procedure and would make some inquiry calls. She "never" took our information or ask for the receipt which we had a photo copy of and never asked which store we purchased the watch. To make a long story short, we waited almost two hours in the store waiting patiently for her. Finally, she came out and said she couldn't accept payment for the watch claiming it was against store policy, and the other store could not do what they were doing. She also stated she called the Socal store which she never asked us for. Afterwards, we contacted our sales person at the Ben Bridge store in Socal, and she was entirely surprised and shocked at what transpired. She told us that her branch manager had called their SJ store (we texted her while we were in the SJ store) to explain the process and it appeard everything would be fine. So after hearing all this we were obviously quite upset with the San Jose Ben Bridge store. We have visited numerous Ben Bridge stores in different cities in states. We never had a bad experience until the San Jose Ben Bridge. We will never patronize the San Jose location again and warn our friends not to either. Terrible customer service and basically "lied" to us. We suspect she just sat in the back office watching us on their CCTV deliberately making us wait and didn't want to assist us since it wasn't their sale and probably wouldn't gain anything from it. Just my two cents worth.

Fabyan was so sweet and helpful when I came in a couple days ago. I ended up buying a pair of earrings which he picked out and I love them!

I went in a couple days ago. I was surprised at how helpful the employee was. I am so grateful to Fabian. You see, I was having a horrible day. Sometimes all it takes is someone being kind to make you feel better. I didn't want to be pressured and I was not. He was kind and helpful. I would definitely return. When I end up buying the ring I want, I will be going back here to get it. Highly recommend. Also, the prices were great.

This was my first time at Ben Bridge and I was looking to buy a pair of earrings. I was helped by Charmaine and she was extremely patient, friendly, and kind. Although a relatively new hire to the store, she was very helpful in answering all my questions, took her time in showing me all my options, helped me compare different earrings, and definitely did not pressure us (me and my spouse) into purchasing anything - earrings or their warranty. We did walk out with a pair of earrings and if I ever need a different piece, I'll definitely go back to Charmaine. Thanks for making it such a pleasant experience!

Went there to look at datejust watches. The staff were very friendly, but nothing I was interested in was in stock. I understand that’s not necessarily their fault, their inventory is whatever Rolex sends them, but I sat around waiting for 30+ minutes for someone to come help me just to be told the piece I wanted wasn’t available. The place seemed understaffed compared to how many people were looking to be let in.Anyone interested in shopping around should schedule an appointment. And if you have a strict budget or specific timepiece you’re looking for, you’re better off buying online.

I enjoyed my visit and received excellent service.Update: Not the same store I visited 3 years ago, I purchased a watch and changed my mind in a few days, they would not accept a return, saying something about invisible scratches on the wrist band.I will not be back.

Frustrating experience any time I want to see a watch at Ben Bridge. The staff seems to know little about the watches they carry.

Amy rushed and pressured us to pick a setting. The craftsmanship of the setting was awful. The gem did not look good with the setting. Within a month, the gem was loose in the setting. I asked if I could see the setting with the gem before we finalized the purchase and she said the sale was final since the setting was custom.
