Dorothy at their Valley Fair location was exceptionally helpful in picking out the right Tissot Seastar. I was unsure on the exact diameter I was looking for, and she went above and beyond to help find the right fit. They sized the band pefectly and payment was a breeze. Will be back.

Although we did not make a purchase here, I just want to make a shoutout appreciation to Faybian who took the time to really teach me the ins and outs of diamonds and settings. We also collaborated on a lie, where i returned with my girlfriend as "first time customers" so she can figure out what she liked and disliked.
If she didn't pick a setting from another jeweler, I would have totally been happy with buying a ring from Faybian. Just wanted to commend his customer service, his knowledge, and overall patience in my/our journey towards marriage and beyond.

We walked in knowing we wanted to purchase a birthday gift but had no idea what to buy. Fabyan was so welcoming and helpful, carefully walking us through the store to get an idea of what we had in mind. He asked us really good questions about the gift recipient and never pressured us into buying. Knowing that this was important to us, he allowed us the time to think about this purchase. We finally agreed on a pair of Tanzanite earrings and when we gave the gift, she absolutely LOVED it! She even stated that she was looking for a pair of dangly earrings and the fact that they were her favorite color, made them the perfect birthday gift!
Fabyan was so easy to work with and is very knowledgeable about these precious stones. We had a memorable buying experience and will absolutely be making future purchases with Fabyan. Thank you!!

Outstanding shopping experience at Valley Fair, Ben Bridges Jewelry. I found a necklace on their website, and I used the personal jewelry Chat to ask if they had the item in the store for viewing. Charman (PJ), said she could have the item in the store in a few weeks. She then called back and gave me a much sooner arrival date. She followed up two different times to keep me posted on the arrival. Her attention to the possible and final transaction was outstanding.

I just had the best experience at Ben Bridge in Roseville. I had an idea of what I wanted on Saturday for a ring and Vanessa and Patty helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I wasnt pressured, I was treated with respect, and the ladies were very professional and answered all my questions. I just picked up my ring and I could not be happier with the ring or the service.
