The room I was in, it was nasty and dirty, and they had bugs crawling out the fridge and behind the fridge to. They were spiders and roaches on the walls everywhere, I was scared to lift the sheets up and the mattress, they had trash everywhere by the stairs, and the shower was blackish, and the toilet was really dirty and the and towels were dirty it looks like someone wiped their butt on it. The tv remote didn't even work when to turn it on I had to press the side of the tv to turn it on and, the pictures they have on the website is a lie the room doesn't look nothing like that. I felt itchy walking into that room, and I didn't even sit down on the bed I just stand all day and the lady at the front wanted to move me to a different room, but I just got my money back.

This place is gross and filthy! Front desk lady is rude AF and there's lots of sketchy people in the hotel, The mattresses looks if they haven't been cleaned in 20+ years and the sink had hairs and the pillows had ants and blood. I couldn't even bare to stay for 2 nights in that disgusting room and I have seen what looked to be where prostitution would take place. I didn't feel safe here so I gave the keys to the front desk and went to another hotel which was much cleaner than the Bella Vista Inn. This is by far, the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to and I do not recommend this hotel for anyone and I am never coming back here. Shame on the Bella Vista Inn and I hope that this hotel shuts down for good.

I have a special spot for the Bella. The parking lot and hallways are always active with all sorts of entertaining characters. Rooms are very basic...some don't even have a phone. Vending machines and washer and dryer are down by the front desk. Drugs are everywhere. I've had some fun times here

Their is a lot of shady people there. The guy with his loud music made my stay very unpleasant. He plays his music so loud that the walls vibrate and the office doesn't even tell him anything. You can't go around playing music in your truck @ 10pm at night always making everything around the motel shake and vibrate. Have some respect dude.

The staff is professional & helpful! Towels were new, sheets were clean, pool was lovely. Wifi is spotty; it comes and goes. The motel itself is old and rundown with a largely residential clientele. You're bound to have some interesting interactions with colorful characters. In response to other reviews, I did not see or detect the presence of any bugs.

I am not satisfied at the fact that this hotel did not give my mom time to pack her belongings they told her she has to leave the same day. It just shows this place has no sympathy or understanding of the person is disabled. At least give a notice before you tell people to leave.not in the last minute very unprofessional and Poor communication.

This Motel Is Horrible.They Let People Play Their Music Too Loud But Yet They Can't Let A Homeless Mother And Child Stay Another Week Even If They Pay For It. I Recommend Not Coming Here If You Need A Good Sleep Or If You Are Homless Because This Motel Won't Take Your Money. Worst Motel Ever.

Extremely dirty (bugs etc) and manager is rude.Stop hitting people with the ''we are constantly trying to improve'' yada yada, and yada (and yada). We don't care about you 'improving' or inviting us to come again so we see that you have improved.It's all about first impression. And no, when it comes to hygiene that should be number 1 priority for any hotel/motel. There is no room for improvement in that matter. You either keep it clean, or you completely disrespect the customers and you don't.And that is what you did. Shame and lame.

Be careful staying at this hotel they doing fraud thru hotwire. You book a room thru hotwire you show up and they cancel your stay because they are "full" and they say they will refund you your money. But it never gets deposited.

Me and my boyfriend have been staying here since March, and with COVID - 19 going around, along with the stay in shelter in place and having to stay an extensive period of time, the staff has been wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms are nice, but unfortunately some of the channels don't come in that well, and there's not too many stations to watch, which is the only down side. A plus though, there is a washer and dryer on site so you can wash your clothes, and it is cheaper than the laundromats in the area. I would recommend Bella Vista Inn to my friends and family.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. No one was ever at the front desk. The assistant manager was very rude and we did not feel welcomed at all. The assistant manager was talking badly about me and I could hear her from the balcony of my room while she was walking by. The only nice employee that I know of after our 21 days of staying there was Mike. Our room was small and the ceiling leaked. With cockroaches in the bathtub. Also a hole in the floor.. And there’s was what looked like to be black mold on the ceiling. The bathtub was peeling paint.. we also had to grab towels by maids walking by bc they didn’t provide them as they should. The internet didn’t work for the majority of the stay! It only worked the first couple days we where there.

I was there on 3/26 through 3/27/19. The room is disgusting, there’s water marks all over the ceiling like they had a leak, but it’s all over the ceiling. The walls have cracks in them. The floors are lifting. The bed is hard and has a hard rim. You look under the bed and it’s falling over. Unfortunately I had the bad experience of leaving a piece of jewelry an heirloom. I called and of course they had not found it. I called for a whole week they still had no news about it spoke with the manager and this manager had no clue about what I was speaking about. He had to look up the details on the notes as if he was not informed of the situation. How does a small hotel not give that type of information to the manager right away. For sure I will never stay at this hotel even if it’s the last one on earth.

Had to get 3 different rooms on a 5 day buisness trip.had to have the key reset twice after the second day. I truly hope that place gets a total upgrade in the near future. I would have never stayed in that dump if I had seen the room first.

I booked this hotel via a reputed booking site which stated at time of booking that i need to enter my credit card for confirming the booking though I'll be charged at the hotel.But to my surprise I got an email from my bank that the hotel charged the whole amount of 314 USD post 2-3 hours of booking.I thought okay they might have charged in advance like many other hotels do, so it didn't raise any alarm.Later the other day when i reached hotel to check in as I requested for early check-in, I hoped they might provide a room at around 2 pm as they normally claim to provide by 3. But the lady on register was super rude and denied a check- in and also they have no place to sit and wait. So I went out came back again at around 4 pm to get a check in but she said i have to make payment. I showed her bank email and told you've already charged me the full amount. To my surprise, she totally denied & stated that they have not received any payment, transaction was declined so they need to run my credit card again.They kept on insisting to make another payment and told me to contact my bank as payment didn't go through but it did.They kept on the same act for 30 minutes torturing me, seeing a foreign alone woman I might have submitted to their sham but luckily a friend told me to ask them to print a receipt saying transaction was denied. That's when they realized their act was falling and they cannot con me.The one of two women left the scene asking other one to handle the situation and give me a receipt, to which other was clueless of how to handle.She finally submitted after 15 more minutes saying ohh i see your payment now. But now i understood this is no place for me to be among such con-mans so i requested if she can cancel and process refund. To which she said she would give a complete refund but again lied , she gave me a receipt of issuing full refund of 314 $ but my bank shows only refund of around 260$ to be processed, So frustrating and unfair.Apart from that all the shady people in the motel , heard of bed bugs in rooms during all my wait time.This was horror i went through, never booking any hotel again without reading all he reviews.

Half the stuff in the room was broken, the beds were caved in, they phones don’t even work and when we tried to call them on our cellphone they did not answer all of our 5 calls. I’m pretty sure there are people LIVING in the other rooms. You can basically hear through the walls and the ceiling doesn’t look all that clean. The bathroom looks pretty clean. I just feel like they’re very unorganized and don’t provide a lot of good service. But also it is for a reasonable price and I guess you get what you pay for.
