I love this store in particular because their products are very good, creams, soap, gel, lotions, everything for the body, the scenes when trying them on are delicious and now when I come back I found the news that they already have hand soap To refill you no longer have to buy bottles, the mini gels and travel creams are fabulous, which if you can carry in your bag are very useful.

I bought 2 room sprays but my boyfriend hates the smell. I tried to return a few days later and sadly the cashier who rung me up didn’t give me a proper receipt so I only got store credit; I’m mad because they don’t listen to customer even though I have the physical receipt ?

This shop is gigantic ? and overwhelming ?. I love Bath and Body Works and needed a few things for Christmas gifts.One thing that was kind of disappointing was that they were very low on options and stock for the carscent portable. So I ended up purchasing just one big candle. Staff were attentive and positive so thank you for that.

They are now located on the second floor across from See's Candies. Maps inside Westfield Valley Fair still point to old down stairs location that will now be a J Crew. Smaller store but still has the essential selections of bath products. Hope they are not on their way out.

Swung by Bath and Body Works to buy some body cream. I realized that they closed the original location of the store (on the first floor) and they moved temporarily to the second floor of Valley Fair (next to the Ann Taylor). It's a bit smaller in size but that did not diminish my experience! The employees were welcoming and the store had all the products I wanted. I was told that they will be moving to a more permanent location toward the end of July next to the Victoria's Secret! Also, I learned that they have reusable totes for purchase in store! P.S. The Semi Annual Sale is starting on June 3rd which will be full of great deals!
