Just want to give a shout out to Mitchell. He was so great with myself and my daughter that I brought my younger daughter (who was quite nervous) to him the following day. I'm impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail he demonstrated. Although we had to wait the second day due to so many people wanting his services, he was so kind and attentive. Definitely will be coming back to him in the future!

If there is less than 1 star I would give it to them!! BAD CUSTOMER service and they said the warranty is free however they charged me for it!!!

I would really like to shine light on your employee Daniela she was so much help on fixing and repiercing my daughter's prior uneven piercing. She recommended I take it out and let it heal and come back. She did a great job. Thank you so much Daniela. I highly recommend her service for your babies ears!!

It’s 4PM, waited for 10 minutes and I saw 5 other clients come by and wait and then left when no one was here. Timestamped and the employee’s food, bag, and airpods were all left here and they were nowhere to be seen. Might want to check on your employees?

I came right when they were suppose to be open ended up waiting for 2 hours,no one showed up. I then came back the next day, they were still closed. A little ridiculous if you ask me.

Had a great experienced stopped by with my girl and Tony was helping us go through many different options and had a lot of patience, we ended up with just one pair she really liked! Great customer service from your employee, keep it up Tony you will go along way! ??
