After multiple attempts to have a successful experience, I just don't think that's possible at this branch. They cannot accommodate to the flow of traffic and volume. Which is confusing because this location of San Jose is one of the more densely populated areas. It makes me consider changing banks all together. Bank of America branches are becoming more scarece and are not able to provide adequate customer service. So sad to see my bank slowly decline.

I am a client of this bank, I came to use ATM, and asked if it was possible to use it? I was told “Not for public”, okay, but I’m a client of this bank, I just used your services, I’m not a passing person from the street, and besides, I’m pregnant ... Thanks for the “help”

Horrible customer service staff refuses to cash check a printed check from someone that has had an account for 20+ years trying to force me to open up an account with them so that they can place a hold or have money available on another day no thanks

This location is unfortunately trash. Such slowww service anytime I've been in. The line is always so long and the tellers are slow. The other BofA staff in their offices just sit on their computers watching while the line of customers grow. Disappointed with this branch, go elsewhere

BofA has clearly designed the entire retail experience to discourage the use of human tellers. Only one actual teller, a useless greeter in the lobby whose only job is to encourage you to use an ATM, usually a manager who pops out occasionally but not actually service anybody, sometimes a trainee who just delays the one real teller, and several people in glass offices who are never meeting with any clients.

Absolute joke of a branch. I came in to cash in a personal check which required the manager to do some sort of verification process - check was for an insignificant amount of money. I waited 40 mins while their manager was lolligagging and finally got to it - after I complained twice. She was claiming that the check was fraudulently written - with no explanation as to why - now I have to contact the person who wrote the check and inconvenience them to contact B of A customer service due to her extremely unfounded claim.I do not suggest coming to this location, but I highly suggest B of A corporate to do some restructuring of your awful management here.

Limited free parking.Even with a parking coordinator it seems most park here and go to Santana Row.Bank tellers are friendly but there's always a long wait.BofA needs to increase the staff.
