I came to deposit my check. There was no line. And they were quick to get it done. No hassle and quick. I would have to come back here more often. Unlike other banks. I could imagine if it was busy the parking would be a problem. That's the only downside I see

My recent encounters with this bank have been disappointing. The service is consistently subpar, characterized by excessively long wait times and staff members who are not only unhelpful but also remarkably rude. The overall atmosphere leaves much to be desired, making banking here an unpleasant experience. Consider exploring other options for better service.

Horrible branch, horrible customer service every time I go. Today I waited in line behind 2 people, 5 people in back of me with 1 teller. After waiting in line for 15 minutes because the person with the teller had a complicated transaction they finally added another teller. Once it was my turn, the teller took 7 minutes to complete my deposit and never asked me which account it was intended to go in. Of course they deposited it into the wrong account that I need to now go online and fix myself because I was at the bank for what should have been a quick transaction for almost 25 minutes.

Binh was very respectful and dealt with very quickly. I live in a far place, but every time I come to this branch because of their wonderful treatment. My father is elderly and I was worried about opening a bank account at Bank of America, but this employee was professional and helped me open the account with all professionalism when he was... I have a transaction or know someone who wants a banking transaction. I advise him to come.

I had an excellent service at Bank of America branch (2925 Scott Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054). The customer service lady that helped me, Mariam Hendi, was so courteous, patient and gentle. I went there to deal with my deceased wife accounts. The process was very lengthy and it had to be done in two different visits. She was the one who helped me in both times. If I have any other business at BOA I would go to that branch and that customer service lady, Maryam Hendi.

Binh is a class act - very helpful, very fast. I opened an account here after coming to the country 3 weeks ago, and dropped by twice since unannounced. Every time Binh was happy to assist - last time, past his working hours.

They need to hire new staff. The lady at the podium she’s a round lady with glasses and black hair should not be lying to customers telling them to call the online support and say oh ya expedite them. There is no such service available. I’ve witnessed her telling multiple people false statements. I can forgive one time but repeating it is gross negligence. I’m trying to verify my account so I can get medications I need and if I die waiting then I can’t stop family from pursuing persons responsible or bank involved after my death. Making an update to my will. Use 10% of my life insurance to send lawyers after people responsible for my death.

I missed my appointment in the morning totally my fault. The manager Ranveer sacrificed his lunch time to help me. I really appreciate him and the BOA team to go above and beyond to help their customers.

How do their bosses not see how bad their reviews or staff is.They need to hire new staff. The lady at the podium she's a round lady with glasses and black hair should not be lying to customers telling them to call the online support and say oh ya expedite them. There is no such service available. I've witnessed her telling multiple people false statements. I can forgive one time but repeating it is gross negligence. I'm trying to verify my account so I can get medications I need and if I die waiting then I can't stop family from pursuing persons responsible or bank involved after my death. Making an update to my will. Use 10% of my life insurance to send lawyers after people responsible for my death. They are not there to work. They are there to show up and fool the bank owners so that the owners pay them. The bosses and staff are equally bad. Think I'm wrong? The proof is clear you enter a bank and you will see all their desks empty with the banker on their computer. All counters will be empty except one or 2. You will then have someone telling people to call their garbage customer service and prevent you from lining up to see anyone. Now customer service actually do their jobs. So why do they need to pay so many people to do nothing at the bank? But seriously fire whoever made the robot system. This bank has the wooooorst robot. They even punish you by forcing you to wait longer if you ask for a person. Don't believe then try it. The robot will say oh since you did not use our automated options you will have to wait longer because bad programming can't understand English.

The absolute worst. I've never been to any branch of any bank this bad. ATMs often broken, and don't expect to wait less than 20-30 minutes for a teller. Typical visit: 10 people in line, 1 teller. Several other people standing there doing nothing. Supervisor can't help because she has to greet people rather than help anyone. Save yourself some time and just drive 10 minutes out of your way to literally any other branch.

I was dealing with a troublesome claim regarding financial fraud and suddenly I get a voicemail from a unknown caller. At approximately 10am on April 19th, 2023; I was contacted by a Bank of America (BofA) representative "Raquel" regarding a "recent conversation". I confirmed the voicemail was from BofA's official toll free number but Raquel's voicemail was odd in itself. From BofA's website Security Center Section "How to Avoid Scams":"Pressured to act immediately with an alarming phone call, email or text that plays with your emotions. Scammers may pose as an employee from a familiar organization, such as Bank of America and say there's a problem that needs immediate attention. Do not act unless you have verified the person who has contacted you and the story or request is legitimate."After two calls to Raquel that went straight to voicemail in addition to texts (no response from Raquel through text either), I went straight to this local BofA center to verify Raquel's employment in addition to wonder why a voicemail would be left for me and no response whatsoever. After sitting down with Raquel in her office, all Raquel wanted to confirm was that I withdrew rolls of quarters. ...Pause.I wasted nearly half a hour of my time that I could have spent getting ready for work to find out that a seemingly urgent but vague voicemail recently after that I was a victim of financial fraud was "to confirm I withdrew in person rolls of quarters". I then recognize Raquel as the same teller I withdrew rolls of said quarters earlier in the week."You're telling me I skipped out on funeral arrangements to tell me I withdrew rolls of quarters?" I asked. "I understand that you're feeling upset, but if you can rate 10 on my performance; that would be great" Raquel replied. I ended the conversation by walking out. I could deal with the lack of tellers because BofA only cares about profits, I can deal with the impatient customers in line blaming the hard working employees instead of BofA management, but what I can't deal with are BofA employees wasting my time on something as trivial as coins. Why stay a loyal BoFA customer, some may ask? How else am I going to withdraw cash that is so close by from BofA ATMs that either get electronic errors or card skimmers to eat at the wonderful noodle shop next door?
