Visited the Bank of America location in Santa Clara and had a stellar experience. Nicole and Rita were incredibly helpful. Nicole kept me updated on my wait time, and Rita is just a very experienced banker.

This Bank of America branch is way different than other BA I've been to. Customer service is beyond poor. Short staff everytime I come here. I came here twice there's only one teller with long line. You will be spending unbelievable amount of time till you finish what you came here for. It seems like BA employees here at this location are not bothered by customers not being taken cared of or having long lines must be a standard practice at this location. They just walk around and don't give eye contact every time I come here just sitting in their cubicle with no customers being attended to. It's way far from other BA branch when it comes to professionalism and customer service. It's like the long lines and 1 hard working poor male teller working behind the counter was invincible. All BA employees here doesn't give eye contact no greetings it feels like you are in a different world. Gee, a robot programmed to be a teller would be a great help just my 2 cents to be efficient in customer service to avoid long waiting lines. I have online banking and I called BA customer service because of some issues and they advised me to visit BA locations near me to resolve the issue. But the short staff poor customer service is another issue here which is very inconvenient. I have to leave the long line because I would have to stay atleast an hour or so till I am attended to. I drove to BA at Stevens Creek and customer service from the front door and tellers were very helpful and courteous. It didn't take 15 minutes till I get my stuff done. Our family has been with BA for over 30 years they are an outstanding establishment but for some reason this location is way beyond poor quality of customer service and doesn't even deserve a star. If you have a lot of time in your hands to wait in line this would be your location. I came in here 2 times within 2 years very poor customer service has never change and consistent.

Not a big fan of BOA, but this branch is an exception. I called them and they actually gave me a valid response over the phone (other branches would not even answer the phone). Talked to Rita who was very helpful. Went to the branch, and they were quick and efficient. I don't have a BOA account, but I will definitely consider BOA if needed!!

They are so lazy to help customers and doesn’t know exactly things. They will waste your time and talk with different people if they can help you. If you need help don’t come here.

This place is THE WORST. The service is SOOOOOOOOO SLOW. I've been waiting like an hour to get some Quarters. The other employees are literally just walking around the bank and Not helping the line of customers. This is not my first time here, and this is not the first time with this SAME situation. Has BofA management thought of cross-training employees to help customers with different things, what a novel concept?! Apologizing profusely but in an inauthentic manner doesn't help the situation, maybe try getting your s*** together instead?

This is the third time I've been here for a cash withdrawal and every-time I get here, theres only one teller, you got two other employees hanging around without even bothering to assist. This location needs to get there act together. Management needs get involved or even corporate!

Don't go to this location. Went with my father in law who's 70 years old and needed help translating. We spend and hour in line for a withdraw. Not acceptable they lost the ball with costumer service priority. They had 1 teller and 2 greeters and 2 guys just hanging out behind the wall barrier there unacceptable. Most of the customers there were older and angry due to the fact that BOA didn't give 2 cents for their customers. Thank god I don't bank with them. Customer service was clearly not their priority today or any day.

They should update their website and on yelp with the correct hours that they close at 4pm. Not 5pm. I was driving like crazy to get here 30 mins before they close. Got here at 4:30. Wasted a trip
