DO NOT BUY THEIR WOOL COATS. They may seem luxurious and lovely, and believe me, they definitely start off that way...but after one season of wear the wool started falling off the bottom of the coat. I hadn't even taken it to dry cleaning yet! I thought it was caused by moths at first.. but nope. I had a tailor check the coat, they confirmed the quality was just subpar. Customer Service was not helpful. I reached out talking about quality concerns, sent them pictures, and they sent an email back telling me "stains" aren't quality control. They didn't even READ my email and gave me a generic answer. These are not stains. All this to say, spend your money elsewhere. Don't spend $350+ on a coat from here.

Rude, annoying, pushy sales associates. They are so unbearable. Especially Alexis or Alexa. Whatever her name was. Won't buy from here. I'll go to the Palo Alto location.

I don't remember the names of anyone who helped me last time I was here but I tried on a TON of things during the sale and they were so helpful with getting me different sizes in the dressing room. I also extremely appreciated the HONEST feedback on my clothes I was considering purchasing and outfit ideas. I only come here during the sales because the normal retail prices are too much!

Return policy sucks! Only 10 days for a refund ladies! Try revolve or nordstroms before Aritzia.

Two stars because of the terrible mirror situation. There are no mirrors in the dressing rooms so you have to walk out into the waiting area, past people sitting on sofas staring at you, to see the outfit in a mirror. It was very uncomfortable. I almost turned around and left without trying anything on when I realized. The salesperson who helped me was very nice and helpful. No complaints there.

Not sure if it’s because I came in on a busy Saturday afternoon, but not only did no one help me but one sales associate in particular who was making her rounds on the floor seemed to avoid contact? My husband and I were rounding a corner and as she and I were about to cross paths, she did a complete 180 and walked away. We made eye contact and everything! So bizarre.I used to be an avid Aritzia shopper back when it was located upstairs near Williams Sonoma and the girls who worked there at that time were always SO sweet whenever I’d shop there. Now, my shopping experience at Aritzia is unpleasant and unwelcoming. I also feel the quality of their clothing has diminished over time. Unfortunately, they’ve lost a customer in me.

some blonde employee was doin too much and gave my man zero privacy tryin on clothes.. she also was vv unprofessional askin for every dudes number despite them havin a gf.. do sumn bout this ? she also got hella dry split ends

Don't understand why no mirror in the private fitting room! If you want to see the mirror you have to walk out of the fitting room where lots of male sit on the sofa and wait for their girlfriends. Feel extremely uncomfortable if i try some short or tight dresses! I give this feedback to the stuff, and she is kind of rude. She says no other customers have this concern and among all the fitting room there is one has mirror and ask me wait for that one. She literally does not think my concern is a problem and respond me with no respect?

Customer service here is top tier. I returned an item today and the lady, Candice I think it was, not sure though, went out of her way to help me when the email receipt didn’t come through. Thank you so much!!

Visited the valley fair location today. Customer service is so bad here, I felt the staff is racist. Didn't greet and offered any help. Don't waste your money at this this store.

Great customer service. Went there and as soon as we entered an employee, I believe Alexis was her name, helped us right away. She kept on checking in with us, making sure everything was fine. Overall great service and experience

Customer service is a huge issue here, it's been this way for years. Management is seriously dropping the ball. I am never greeted or offered help when I walk in. The staff glares at you, and then they follow you around the store as if you're going to steal something. Dressing room situation is also trash. Major attitude if you ask for another size or god forbid nothing fits so you walk out empty handed. I find the sizing to be very inconsistent with Babaton and Wilfred pieces. So I have to try things on, and usually need to try multiple sizes. I don't understand the unnecessary attitude, trying clothes on is a completely normal part of shopping. They'll switch to a nice demeanor if you're buying something. Love the clothes, hate the experience. I would shop here a lot more if I didn't dread the snobby staff. I don't deserve eye roles and glares when I'm simply trying to find a new outfit that I feel good in.

Kind of relieved after seeing so many reviews had the same compliant about the horrible customer service. The staff would literally found any excuse to refuse making returns.I wanted to return a pair of pants I bought from LA on a trip at this store , and they tried so hard to find "faults" in the pants. Then refused my request because of the label was not attached in the 'right place'. How ridiculous, the label was simply pinned, you were the staff you could put it wherever you like in no time.
