The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. (Huge thanks to Molly!!!) They are professional, approachable, and make every effort to ensure residents feel welcome and supported.

The maintenance team is also very efficient and responsive. Any requests or issues are addressed quickly and effectively, giving me great peace of mind.

“I've been a resident at Station 101 for close to 5 years now and I am satisfied with my experience. The management team is professional, friendly and always available to help. They also take the time to organize fun holiday parties for the residents, which is a great way to bring the community together. However, the sound insulation in the apartments could be better. The maintenance team, in particular, Robert is always quick to respond to any needs and ensures that the community is running smoothly.”

“Been here for a little over a month now. We love the greenery aesthetics here, and the access control and security camera everywhere make us feel safe. The unit wasn't perfect at our move in, but Ed and Raul, the maintenance team, are very accommodating to address the heater noise issue in <1 day. They also helped us with a few customizations such as installing water filters for the shower heads. The leasing office members are also friendly and proactive. I especially appreciate their effort to ensure no packages are unattended, hauling packages not delivered to the Amazon lockers all the way to (even the heavy ones) the leasing office.

Overall I give it a 4.5 if I can mark down 0.5 for the design issue of the in-unit HVAC, but I am absolutely satisfied with the help I received from the staff members.”

“My experience at Estancia has been great, signing the lease to a newly renovated apartment unit at a great price.Management responds quickly and is very helpful in answering any questions. Service requests are handled within 2-3 business days. There has been some inconvenience with both east or west gates being damaged a few times during my time here but management has always been communicative and repairs are completed in a reasonable time frame.The noise level during my time here is fairly quiet and uncovered parking near my unit has not been an issue after the new parking system was implemented. The location of the apartment is nice as well, quiet and safe. Overall, I am very satisfied and had a great experience here. I definitely recommend living here or at least checking the apartment out.”
