This is where I will always buy my tires. Service is prompt and courteous, quality of the tires is great. When I blew out a tire by driving over a curb, they honor the warranty with no question. They even fix a flat tire that I had not bought there, and they didn't charge me a cent. That's how I discovered them in the first place. But I will always be back whenever I need tires.

Have been coming to this store for tires for the past 8 years and the experiences were quite positive. However, had a really bad experience recently with one of the guys over the phone - trying to place an online order for a pair of tires and the system doesn't seem to work. This guy got very impatient. I guess you have plenty of customers and don't care to lose a few.

Very bad experience, the manage fail to provide the correct knowledge and waste me 4 hours to go back and forth to get it corrected.

Absolutely terrible service. You just lost a customer of 15 years.
I called the location on Stevens Creek this morning to get a set or tires ordered, I could tell from online they did not have them on hand. The salesman said they can’t order over the phone and I had to come in. This makes no sense but okay.
I wasted my morning coming in. There was one person in line ahead of me and a few people in chairs waiting. When my turn I told the salesman I wanted to order a set of tires and pay for them. He refused to help me and said I had to sit and wait. Again I was just there to order, not have them installed which is what everybody was waiting for. Why couldn’t he just ring me up? Lazy lazy lazy.
I was able to get the tires I needed online with free shipping and a local installer. I am officially done with Americas tire.

I had a flat and they told me that if fixable they would do it for free.
I took an appointment for 2 days later and they fixed it! Thank you so much. Very courteous employees (Patricio and the guys in the shop).

Been going to America’s for decades.
Always solid service and good prices on tires. They seem super busy every day, but I’m glad I can now setup an appointment online to reduce my wait time!

We were there waiting in the line for a full 15 minutes when inside there were more than 6 of the guys who were looking at us, but nobody came to help -- even in the morning (830 AM), the most important time to get tires checked, as we were about to leave for a long trip. Although we had a tip ready to give to anybody who would help us, after a full 15 minutes still none of the many men came to help, going as far to look every minute to see if we were still there. Terrible customer service.

Came in a flat tire, was attended to in a timely fashion. Got the tire fixed, no charge! Customer service was excellent.

My wheels were stolen at my home, but the people at Americas tires got me running again quickly. Yes even if you don’t have wheels they’ll help you out!
