I recently had a disappointing experience with Alo Yoga’s warranty policy. After purchasing a yoga pants from them, I encountered a defect within a short period of normal use. Given the brand’s reputation for quality, I expected this issue to be covered under their warranty. However, when I reached out to their customer service, I was informed that the defect was not covered.This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. It’s disheartening that a brand with such a strong market presence does not stand behind its products or prioritize customer satisfaction when issues arise. I would caution potential buyers to be aware of this before making a purchase.I hope Alo Yoga will reconsider their warranty policy and improve their customer service to better support their customers in the future.

A lot of the shirts/bras don’t have the price tag on them.. and variety of items on the floor don’t have all the sizes on display when you ask an employee for a size they won’t check the back. Fittings rooms are clean and spacious.

very rude sales, punching fitting rooms doors loud and rude. Definitely Not trying to help. Ghosted after asking for help. Really uncomfortable experience.

I was immediately welcomed upon entering the store. The associate was so friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. (I wish I had gotten her name!) She helped me navigate sizing and made me feel comfortable in a store that I didn’t even think had anything for me. At the register she added me as a member and rang me out for gifts with purchase. She made this an incredible experience and a new, loyal customer. Thank you!

Workers are nice, a lot of stuff out of stock. The cut is unisex, so it’s harm to find hoodies for women that fit right. Also the quality of the clothing is really bad. It guess it’s just popular with college kids

awful customer service. when me and my friends wanted to try clothes on, multiple girls walked past us giving us funny looks and didn’t help us. so we each went into the fitting rooms to try a few items on. when i exited the room to give the associate the clothes i didn’t like she accused my friend of stealing and was extremely disrespectful. she claimed that she found a tag but what she didn’t realize was that no one was paying attention earlier and when my friend went into her room there were hangers in there already, so someone before us had stolen, not us. she started lying saying she saw her go in with this specific sweater when the only things my friend had tried on were tank tops and a pair of sweatpants. next time watch your fitting rooms and don’t lie. not personally a fan of being accused of stealing when im trying to shop.

My bday just passed and all my friends bought me Alo since I own everything in Lulu already. Got 3 jackets, came to return 2 for store credit and exchange one to a different size. Walked up to the counter and explained, "Hi my bday just passed, all my friends bought me Alo but I would like to return 2 for store credit and 1 to exchange for a different size please." He said sure, go grab the size you want and I'll get these returns started for you. I came back to the register and he said, $216 has been returned to your Visa. I said Visa, no I wanted store credit. I didn't buy these, these were bday gifts to me. He says oh yah, I forgot, well I already returned it. I said to reverse it, he said he can't and that I'll need to call my friend to let them know I returned their gift and it was refunded back to their card! Like what the F! Not only that, he was not apologetic nor felt any remorse for his mistake, did not say you're welcome or bye when I left and uttered a thank you. I left feeling beyond frustrated and upset, and had to let my friend know about the return. He was so rude with a smirk on his face and belittled me, so unprofessional. I took a picture of him because he deserves to be fired! Alo needs to train their staffs to be more knowledgable, kind and helpful! I do not recommend coming here at all, this is unacceptable!

Came here with my girlfriend on a slow Friday afternoon. The store was very clean and everything was neatly organized. So far so good. We bought my girlfriend her white biker shorts and left. While we were walking out of Nordstrom, the alarm started ringing. We had our bags checked by Nordstrom security and found out that the cashier had forgotten to remove the security tag from my girlfriends shorts. We returned to the store and asked to have the security tag removed, a tall Man (didn't get his name) gave us attitude during the process and rudely informed us that if we wanted to talk to somebody about our experience, we should contact customer service, he offered to give us their card in a rude tone. We will not be returning to this store, terrible customer service and no attention to detail. Sad for a place that charges $75 for a pair of workout shorts. The customer experience at this store isn't the best.

Worst customer service ever. Purchased a jacket at the Newport Beach location. An employee retrieved my correct size from the back. When I returned home I discovered a small snag in the front. Attempted to return at the San Jose location. Employee was extremely rude and told me I would have to return online. When I attempted to return online their system would not allow an items purchased in-store, to be returned online. This company's return policy is a scam.

We came into the store since we knew they had a 30% off. Spent over $800 and the front cashier forgot to mention that the body suit was final sale. We came back to return and was not able to return it. I wouldn't have purchased it. The fact that the she did not even mention that to me at the point of sale was not okay .. Will not come back to alo!
