The woman at the register needs a serious attitude check. You should not be in customer service if you don’t know how to work with people. Terrible service!

Horrible attitude from the woman at the register. I asked if I could buy a shoe that was on display in my size (which happened to be the display size) but if I could please have a new pair as the display shoe had black scuffs on it (they’re white shoes). Without hesitation, she said that it wasn’t available in that size and I had to buy the display. I said that these would be my wedding shoes and I would prefer they be new, so I asked if I could order them. She wouldn’t even look at me as she analyzed the scuff marks on the shoe and said no they couldn’t order it. I’m dumbfounded at the lack of courtesy, willingness to help and just plain human kindness.

I keep calling different times and nobody pick up the phone. It so sad and I am still waiting for a manager to call me since June still waiting. I so done!!!!!!

I hate to write bad reviews, me and my friend and baby came to look at purses and my daughter held one for a while but we left it before exiting the store. However, the girl I believe is manager. I'm not sure her name, (dark skin, with red hair) she accused of us stealing. As we were leaving the store she stormed towards us asking if we had the bag. Then she saw it and said nvm. Didn't even apologize. Do better. Throughout our whole trip she was just eyeing us, also didn't greet us. Hope you get a better employee

Employee SLAMMED the shoe box on the table while we were returning the shoes!—Extremely unpleasant customer service. There was a female Black employee who was constantly giving us a nasty attitude while we were asking to apply a promotional code to our order. We did forget to ask them to apply the code before paying for the order, but then immediately politely asking them if there’s any way to do that. She gave us a nasty look with a blunt “No” as if we were stealing something from her. Then we suggested that we return the product & re-buy it to apply the promotional code. After giving us a condescending look and interrogating with a series of irrelevant questions about when & where we get the promotion code, she reluctantly but finally tried to apply the code while keeping look at us with the nasty attitude. For some reason, it didn’t work. After having enough of this, we decided to just return and not deal business with them. Then again, they reluctantly agreed when we asked if we could return. Then, SLAMMED the shoe box on the table and walked back to the back of the store, letting other employee continue to help us. Such an appalling experience

This place is a joke! Drove 2hrs out to do some shopping.. came in on 01/31/23 around 7pm and bought an item.. continued walking around the mall and found the same exact item for $120 less then what I spent at Aldo and higher quality. Went back to Aldo an hour before closing to return the item and the guy refused to do so in order to not mess up his sales… (I have worked in retail management for 5 years and it has never been that serious) I let him know that I do not live close to any store location and he responded “come back in the morning to do it”… and refused my return.

I didn't know where else to leave a review but I wish I could give them 10 stars! The energy was so good coming into the store. I had been in the mall for 2 hours searching for an outfit and shoes for an event I was attending, and most of the stores I went into were so boring and the employees were not welcoming at all. I almost gave up, but I decided to keep looking. I came into Aldo and as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by a lovely lady, I think she was the store manager but mentioned her name was Christina or something like that, but she was so nice. Her energy was so good and she was the only one in store at the time but was helping multiple people while still being friendly and attending to everyone.She helped me pick out shoe and took the time to ask me what I needed. Eventhough I ask for one shoe she brought out multiple options for me to try on and I ended up buying the one she picked out plus 3 more items. I loved her customer service! It was the best experience I had compared to all the stores I went into. Thank you Christina All in all the experience was great and I will definitely be back for more shopping.

My BIL wanted a pair of Aldo boots for Christmas. I ordered them mid-November and they sent me the WRONG PAIR. I re-ordered the shoes and specifically arranged pickup at this store so I could return the original pair. I venture to the mall during crazy Christmas time on 12/10. The employee (Calim sp?) claimed he was a new manager and didn't have the authorization to return the shoes because the shoes I ordered didn't match the pair of shoes I was trying to return. UH, yes. Hence why I am trying to return them. He says I have to wait three hours for the real manager to come on shift in order to return the shoes. What? Fast forward past the holidays. I attempt to return the shoes again. Same answer. Looking at other reviews, it looks like this store in particular is notorious for giving people the runaround when it comes to returns. The fact of the matter is the return/exchange policy listed on their website is not honored in-store. Disappointing and why I don't regularly shop at this archaic mall shoe store in the first place.

I was reluctant on coming into the store looking at the reviews, but were so nice and helpful. The manager Christina and ysary, helped me return an order even-though it was past the 60 days, and it was busy and they both were still able to help me pick accessories for my event that I had that night. They were very bubbly and energetic, making my experience their amazing. This was the best experience I had had an ALDO store, I will be coming back to the store to get more items. I don't know what experience others had in the review but mine was amazing and they were so kind and professional, definitely coming back just because of Christina and yazsry

This is for the Aldo management. Please train your sales manager better. I ordered shoes online and went to your Stevens creek store to exchange them, and the store manager, Christina, first refused to take them. She was very impolite and said online orders needed to be returned/ exchanged via UPS. I have been your customer for years I have never seen this policy. You just lost $1000 in sales because of your store employee. They were standing and chatting and gossiping with each than helping a customer. All I had was 7 shoes and it was a slow day and as a manger she she are an example not refuse to help and be rude.I would appreciate it if you could let customers know when they are purchasing that store will not accept returns or exchanges. Valley fair mall manager needs to be trained better in customer service.
