Would give 0 star if i can, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
Don is rude, a very terrible and unprofessional person. Does not let you pick up the car even if I have agreed to pay and scheduled the payment. Saying things like "Oh I didn't see". Have to call the tow crew for FOUR times and I have to call him to argue with him and show the receipt. Waste too much time and money and doesn't even get my car repaired.
If you see this review, please please do not come to this place and never support the business like this.

I was here for work and had issue with the car. I just went in without any appointments and he was generous to take a look at our car and fix the issue.
I wish I had a similar mechanic in my city too.

Don and his team at Agnew Auto Care came through for my friend when she needed him most. Her Audi was leaking coolant and was at risk of overheating and eventually engine failure. Don diagnosed the issue with special equipment that isolated the problem. He then checked the part number in his system, gave us a schematic of the part and said that if we got the part asap he could do a same day installation! This was music to my friend’s ears because her and her family rely on this car for transportation. The cost was VERY reasonable and he had the job completed the same day, as promised. I highly recommend Agnew and Don’s team.

I've always brought my car to Agnew auto care for my oil changes. I bring my own oil because it is not stock there and it must be specially ordered. Don always was willing to change my oil and filter. This time, he said he doesn't change oil if you bring your own. Then he said he would do it for $38. I said it was $20 last time. He said, "I could charge you $40." He was very rude. I asked if he arbitrarily just made up prices and he said if you don't like it go somewhere else and then hung up on me. Extremely rude service. Apparently, he is now too big for his britches and no longer cares how he treats is regular customers. I'm looking for a new auto repair service.
