We worked with Eddie to have our Toyota fixed, which took quite a hit. It has been a great experience start to finish, from getting us in quick, to doing a good job keeping us informed and updated on the latest, to chasing down parts during the holiday season and delivering our car back as new. Everything was taken care of seamlessly with our insurance, and throughout Eddie was clear on what was going on and what we could expect. Really happy about having had our car fixed here, would definitely use their services again!

I came to JR Collision after I got into an accident on my front end and I was very pleased with their service and their responsiveness to my car needs. Eddie was amazing and had great communication with me throughout the whole process. I have a 240sx, which is an older car and pretty rare, so I wanted to make sure they understood that parts are hard to find and that I wanted to keep it as OEM as possible. They answered all of my questions and reassured me that we will get to where I want with the car. The value of the car has increased so much with the work they did to it. I ended up switching to an aftermarket bumper and there were so many bumps in the road (on my part), but they always had a solution. They were able to redo my taillights without needing to order any new parts, and it made the rear end of the car look brand new. The team there is very talented and worked very carefully on my car. I will definitely be going back there in the future for any other paint work/body work!

After front-end collision damage, my Chevy Bolt was towed to JR. Eddie, head of collision repairs at JR, was very easy to work with. He submitted all necessary photos and information to my insurance company. His team painted and installed several new body parts. I watched Eddie, Alec, and Jimmy put on the finishing touches. The way they worked, they wanted it to be just right, like art, like it was their own car. This place is not about big, fancy front offices; it's about the shop, about getting the job done right at a fair cost. The car looks brand new and runs perfectly. Thank you!

I called on the phone around 2 pm on Saturday and I talked to Jimmy I asked if I could get a custom alignment on my 1996 Honda civic, because ive got a camber kit and coil overs on it. Jimmy was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful whilst giving me information as to how my alignment would affect my drive. I wanted negative camber on my car for it to be a little more aggressive when driving as well as it looking cool and I was extremely happy with the results. Jimmy also went and showed me their paint booth and how they do restorations as well as other services. If you're looking for a regular alignment they can get you in and out pretty quick, and if you want a custom alignment they can help you out as well. Highly recommend this business. I forgot to mention that Jimmy fit me into the schedule pretty much 10 minutes after I called, so it really shows that this business values the customer! As with every business don't be afraid to ask questions because they'll surely help you out.

My Honda got hit in the right rear fenders in a parking lot. Control arm was bent along with scratching the rear fenders and bumper. My car color is a Honda factory polished metal. I was a bit skeptical if they could completely match the shade of color with the rest of the car. And was amazed at the job they did. It really is perfect. Shout out to Eddie and his crew. Outstanding job with the repairs and body and paint job. Highly recommended!

They not just an alignment shop they are tire shop, paint, and suspension they have all. They will hook you and you will be saving a trip.

Great service! Team is polite and they explain everything in detail of what is wrong with your car if you're troubleshooting. I will definitely be back for maintenance services. Super convenient also because it's a full service shop with auto body included as well.

Had a very good experience here! Did an all wheel alignment in fifteen minutes (never had all four wheels done before) didn't even have to make an appointment. On separate occasion came to get a quote about body work needed. Fixed the door on the spot so that it opens easily now and did not charge for this service. They were honest in what work could be done for aesthetics and was honest to the fact that it was not a necessity due to the car's age.

I went there to buy a tire and the guy working there just left me hanging for quit a while he came back saying he didn't have a tire for my car then left another 15 min later saying he did have the size but a lil bigger . Tried giving me a deal for that tire for $100 after I bought two brand new tires a week ago and one of those tires went flat on the freeway. The wait just for them to go back and fourths to call the owner is exhausting SMH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN !
