I used A&S service on November 4, 2023. There was a 4 minute drive from my car location to the maintenance shop. The operator told me that the estimate would be around 100-140, depending on the driver. Since it was a Saturday, I agreed. After 4 minutes’ drive, I asked the driver how much would it be. He told me 140. I said, it’s only 4 minute drive. He said, it’s ok, so we agreed on 100. After I got home, I found that I was charged with 140. So I called the driver and he said it was the company. So I contacted the company, and they told me that the manager would look into it and get back to me within 1-2 business days. On Sunday, another operator called me on my review for their services, and I told her that I am expecting a call from the manager and she noted that again.On next Tuesday night (3 days after their call), I called again and a guy named Gio told me that he actually has the manager's note saying that they are calling me next morning, and he even asked me if there's a time that I would prefer. I said no and I will be waiting for the call.On the Friday, I called again and I was told again that the case is still under review and the manager will call me within 1-2 business days. I asked for a more accurate time, and the lady told me that the manager will call me today.It’s the end of today, and I still haven’t heard back anything from the manager.It’s a 4 minute towing, and I’m honoring your price for 100 because I agreed with the 100-140 estimate at the beginning. But the lying on the final price and charging me with 140, and lying on the returning of my call is the reason that I’m leaving this bad review.Please be a reasonable and legal business that honors your price with your customers. Plus, I never received any type of receipt.

Stay away from a highly unreliable and expensive service. I had a flat tire and I realized it in the morning. Called them at 8:55am for the tire with a spare one that I had. Was told it will take 45 mins. I had to go somewhere at 11:30 so I thought this is cool. Guess when the guy actually showed up? at 12:15! After ~3.5 hours. I gave them a call at 10:00 and than after every 30 mins only to be told that person will be reaching in another 15 mins. I missed my appointment and eventually paid $134 for a simple tire change when the guy showed up, and for a work that took 15 mins. But this is not the best joke that got played out. They told me to keep all lines open for call from any number while I wait and I ended up taking 5 spam calls during this period. Sigh! One more star because the guy who showed up did the job quickly!

My car's shifter cable broke on San Tomas and A&S saved the day. My insurance told me they could only get a truck out 5 hours later (despite the fact that I was on the side of a major expressway). A&S were friendly fast and professional and got my car to my mechanic with no trouble at all less than 2hrs from when I called them. Highly recommend their services.

Professional and fast service by A&S Towing. My car brike down on my way back home. These guys came quick ans towed my car without any damage.
