This is one of the worst 7/11 in the area. They are extremely racist, I went in to load my card with cash, the old guy with the yellow turban on his head, decided to make me wait until after he helped the guy behind me then he would load my card. I told him that was not right and that I was there first. Whoever is first in line who be helped first

There's like 20 of us who moved in about 2 years ago into a nearby. Low income , a and we all have been communicating! Ito one another regarding our EBT, or our Disability/ Social Security cards being fraudulently emptied once it is scanned in either the front, and or the ATM machine and it is always at Night. It is always the same guy on headsets, speaking to someone,in a foreign language, not paying attention to the customer, while scanning our things

Probably one of the worst 7-11s. Whoever works the nightshift just locks the doors, then hides and plays loud music. They don’t offer any help to customers. They always say the register isn’t working so no one can come in. Please find new employees. Don’t ask for more details because it’s all in detail already.

The cashier is super unfriendly. And his English is really bad. Communication is super poor.

The beers at this location are always flat and taste horrible, and the cashiers are always hiding after 10 pm.

My 10 year old brother received a free small slurpee coupon from school for volunteering for safety patrol (which is run by the Santa Clara Police Department). He was so excited to use it and once he got to the register, the owner told us that it was a photocopy and refused to even scan it.
The drink is worth $1 at most and it’s a little kid you’re trying to lie to. Never coming back here again.

I live close by and for some reason the night shift guy always has the door locked everytime i have been there after 11pm he keeps the door locked for some reason and at times he doesnt open it he just stares? I would not recommend this location i never have this issue with the other 7 elevens in the area with locked doors
