I don't get why they never let us use the discount that the reward system offers when you have the points when putting in your phone number. Get it together.

Everyone that works here is normally cool. Except the older man with the white hair. He always seem like he's mad at the works and is aggressive. Seems off to me. Worst experience at this location with him.

Very disappointed. Have been coming here for years. Always Recommended this place to people. Now I'm told they are not accepting the rewards app for discounts because the owner doesn't get reimbursed. I asked a different 7 eleven and they get reimbursed. We pay alot for things and every little discount helps. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

If you can avoid this 7-Eleven please do. Management is so cheap they serve old coffee to customers they just warm it up. The merchandise is expired and the staff is not friendly at all. They act as if they are doing us a favor when the reality is that we are doing them a favor. It sucks because it's at a prime location and it should be blooming but it's the opposite. They are always out of everything and staff will not replenish the items. Please avoid and go to a different one. I hate to leave post like this one, but I hope management takes immediate action or someone else should take over.

No promos on any beverages. 7-11 a mile away has deals. Not sure why one 7-11 would have deals when another does not. Same franchise should have the same deals

Will NEVER go back. Prices are double any other 711. Cashier was rude. Horrible experience. Do Not Shop here. Would leave zero stars if I could.

The man here (possibly the owner) was Extremely rude and abrupt in his communication and demanded full price for a cup of ice. Shame.

If there was a 0 starts I would give it. Be aware the prices that are displayed are not what they charge you. They cheat people! Extremely rude and unprofessional. When into the store to buy wine. The price tag was 9.99 but register the price was 11.99. When I asked isn't it 9.99. The clerk shouted "OK GO THEN!" What a horrible customer service. Will never go to there again.
