I have been using this store for a while, years. It's the best convenience store in the area by far -- convenience of the location, outstanding attitude of the store personnel, located right near my local transit center, and the place is always open when needed : Really great!!!

The cashier who begins his shift at 8pm is quite rude and unaccommodating. I visit the shop during different times of the day for each of these shifts. I’ve never run into any issues with anybody but the employee who starts the 8pm shift.
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t surprised when I ran into another review running it to the same issues with the same employee.
It genuinely seems like he is looking for issues. Yet he doesn’t do anything when people are literally stealing from your establishment.
My experiences during this shift from 8pm to 6am have lead me to avoid this place.
It seems like he is looking for any reason to be rude.

Racisttttt here as a black man was harassed by staff here.. pizza is gross i checked the window and most of the hot food has been there at least 30 mins sitting. Nasty. Just downright NASTY.

My experience at 7Eleven today was pretty awesome! I’m from Louisiana and It was my first time having a slice of pizza from 7Eleven and it was amazing. The clerk Preety had an excellent attitude, her smile brung me joy. If you ever in the area you need to stop by they will make your day:

Went to the 7-11 by Washington open elementary school at 8:49pm on 12/24/22 and bought $10.27 of snacks and paid with a 20. The clerk refused to give me my change back because he "doesn't have any cash in the register" and only gave me my change back because I threatened to call the police if he didn't. Terrible clerk and he should be fired

pretty decent as far as 7-11's go. seemed generally safe when I was there (around 7pm)

Aw I have a lot of memories going into this 7-11 location. 7-11 was always there to take care of my hunger, thirst, and when I used to drink alcohol needs. Loved getting a lotto ticket here as well. You might find that I've copied and pasted this to a few 7-11's that all share the trueness of this review. Thanks guys for providing me great service over the years.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Gopi was on the phone while doing my transactions and then cussed me out in front of many other customers cuz he made a mistake. VERY RUDE! I've been coming here for over a decade and had no other problems with any other employee. Will be reporting him for his behavior.

We were out for lunch and to do some errands. We made a quick stop at the local 7-Eleven in Santa Clara to buy some snacks and waters. Staff was friendly and helpful.
