Our Tesla model X got rear ended and we took it to 101 collision center. It’s took around 2 weeks for the entire repair and they did amazing job. Joe guided us every step of the way and cannot them them enough. The car looks brand new.

I just took my car back from them on 11/10/23 and took it to another honest shop and the mechanic just visual check the trunk and do some measurements and check the paint. You can see the body didn't get fixed at all, still see the seam crack from inside the trunk on the quarter panel. Trunk, tail light and quarter panel is not aligned! The paint job is really bad, and still have the blue tape on the gas cap. I think they basically just replace a non-perfect bumper new bumper, and just paint the quarter panel poorly and call this job done! And force me to take this unfinished car back or will charge my huge storing fee! I'm looking into any legal action that can defend my right and get my car fix properly without paying it myself. I should listen to the other review saying they just want to get your insurance money and get you out of their shop asap! If your car is not fixed correctly, you cannot do anything to them and the insurance said it is between you and the shop since it is not in the insurance network shops! And the insurance said they already paid the shop for the damage, if I'm not satisfied, it is between me and the shop! You guys can judges yourself from these new pictures I added taken on the day I took the car back and see what they did to my car! They even blamed it is 30 years old car, so it is normal to be misaligned, and call me picky and blamed me not to accepting this "finished" car. I feel really bad and sad! I'm not sure what excuse they can said for this undone job now. Either they don't know how to fix it or they intentionally didn't fix it but charge the insurance more than $5k for the whole job with parts or they just "missed" it? Or they still insist they finished the job and fixed the damage correctly?!Not enough room to post the bad paint jobs they did, will do it next time.

I stopped by without an appointment because I had pulled out one side of my front bumper while backing out my car. Chris greeted me warmly - and even though he doesn't take people without appointments - he was very friendly and immediately came outside to take a look at my car. In less than 3 minutes he had pushed the bumper back in. I am very well aware this is not a permanent solution but I had requested him to just push it back in and he did that without any fuss. When asked what I owe him he said nothing.I highly recommend 101 Collision Center if you are looking for friendly and fast service. I have a feeling they will do a fair assessment of any situation and provide a fair quote too. One can tell by the service Chris provided.

I’m not usually give any good review for car shop but this auto body shop just blow my mind and save my day. I got some minor scratch on my Tesla MYLR and since it’s nearly new car I still want to get it fixed even it’s very minor. I searched online and know this place is among the first few Tesla preferred body shop. I called and went there after making appointment for estimation. Sung helped me and surprisedly just fixed my issue in about 15 minutes without even asking for a dime. He is really honest and told me the scratch is really minor and I can actually leave with it but still decided to just clean up and touch up quickly for me to make it hardly noticed. He also provided lots of suggestions and tips for taking care of my Tesla. I appreciated his help and I think this is the way auto shops should do business and therefore I decided to leave this review with my experience to help others. Thanks again Sung and 101 collision center to save my day!

Very rude and only in it for the money. Do not bring your vehicle here! They only want you in and out that's it. Don't care about your vehicle and only pleases the insurance company for their check!

Great service overall! Impressed with customer service and quality of the repairs. Chris was great to work with and took the time to review the work and quote prior to the repair and walk through the repairs performed afterwards. He dealt with insurance directly and made sure the quote was detailed with photos to minimize disputes. After the repair, my Tesla looks like new after getting side swiped while parked. I highly recommend this shop!

I had my Model S repaired here recently due to hitting a raccoon. My overall experience was that they are way too busy and the quality of service goes down because if it. I reached out on May 24. I had cracked bumper and leaking radiator. Had to wait for June 7 for first inspection which was me driving to their shop and them confirming parts for a bumper and radiator within 5 minutes and sending me back home in my car.Several email ignored and almost 0 proactive updates on the car even as days dragged on. The first drop off available was July 5 and estimate to repair was 5 days. On July 26 was when I finally received the car (after calling every few days for updates and new excuses each time). The worst part was on my drive home I had the same battery overheat issue and my car dangerously slowed to a crawl in higher speed traffic. When I picked up the car I asked if they drove it and they said yes. Then after I brought it back due to the issue they said oh yes we only drove it in our parking lot though. They're taking shortcuts. On top of that, I was asked to drive it back and did not even offer a ride home. Not sure if this shop is truly great for so many people but I had really inconvenient experience and poor customer service here.Some positives here were that every call was picked up politely and every question was answered. I think the shop knows what they are doing but don't care enough to ensure everyone has a great experience.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Joe for understanding the urgency of my situation. With my family visiting for the weekend, he prioritized my vehicle and expedited the repairs, surpassing my expectations. The quality of the repair work, fixing, and painting was truly outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend 101 Collision Center for their professional and top-notch service. They truly exceeded my expectations!

Just spoken to the owner of the business. They advised me that they turn down 8 out of 10 quotes because they are to busy to handle the work. I know if my Tesla needed repair I would not wait months for a quote.

I had surveyed quite a few body shops, most of them were cold and grouchy. But these guys were very personable and cooperative. Had a really good experience interacting with them. Go to them.
