Don't buy from this company. They don't care about their customers. They want to charge $12 to return an item that cost $14.95. It does not say that anywhere on the website, until you try to return. Shame on you.

Brought Hold Everything storage containers, set of 3, round and square. Both sets of plastic tops cracked or broke completely. Do not buy these, piece of junk. Not inexpensive to be so cheaply made!!!!

Similar story as others. Got a very nice and expensive colander as gift but it broke within a few months. It was a Williams-Sonoma branded item so I expected some exchange or least some credit towards the purchase of another one but nothing. Customer service seems to be a concept that exists for the 30 days after a purchase and then you are entirely on your own. Needless to say, we will not be buying anything again from them as they refuse to stand behind their products.

Better off ordering online. If you need to return something within the return policy beware they will likely interrogate you about it. Not worth it, plus they’re extremely slow to help.

Purchased a Breville toaster oven. Salesperson extremely helpful and eager to make sure I was purchasing a product to meet my needs….. I’ve never had a bad experience at this William Sonoma……

This store has everything you could ask for in the kitchen but the employees are terrible, rude, not helpful and they act like I'm bothering them.

They don't stand behind their products. I'm very disappointed with their customer service. I received this spatula for Christmas, with very little use, it broke. I requested an exchange, and they said that I did not meet their policy.

I was just browsing for a housewarming gift and was impressed by the selection of high-quality cookware and excellent customer service.

Walked in 15 minutes before closing tonight and was helped by Patty. She was so kind and never rushed me. I bought a Breville waffle maker, a set of silverware and some spatulas. She was so knowledgeable and quick and even had to ship something to my house and never complained that the store was now actually closed. But what made me arrive home tonight and feel compelled to write a review was the way David Vankuiken the manager and Patty made me feel. I left so happy and they were making me laugh the whole time. David went to the back and found the 4 pieces I was missing to make my silverware set complete and they reminded me of why I didn’t just buy it online from my couch, from a robot on Amazon. Human to human, heart to heart, now I’m ready to make my delicious waffles. Thank you ! Buy local!

I LOVE William Sonoma! The ultimate kitchen store. Beautiful and well-appointed. Lots of cool gifts for your friends and for you. Located in LA Cumbre Plaza.

It's the only William Sonoma in the entire area so we just hope they stay in business. The creation of low-income housing in the old Sears building may change the whole atmosphere of what used to be a vibrant mall and now is only marginal. Small groups of young boys 12 to 15 running around being loud and destructive doesn't help. But obviously William Sonoma has very high quality products with correspondingly high prices.

Great store to have in Santa Barbara!.. Top end house and kitchen supplies. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. I especially like when they have the sample tasting. The store is super easy to find what you need. They designed it so you can find things easily according to category.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a toaster over. Was told by two clerks who remind me of Elon Musk that because we used it to toast one piece of bread it was not returnable as it was not new. A review of the Williams-Sonoma website reveals the return policy state: "Please note that returned items must be in new condition." Of course the product is still in new condition after one piece of bread is toasted but the clerks consider this used. I will now need to escalate this needles matter due to inconsiderate clerks who do not see the larger picture regarding customer service.
