“I have not had my car serviced here yet, but I called to ask if they could repair my AC. (After several calls to other mechanics in the area, who said they could, but not soon enough). The lovely woman I spoke to on the phone said they could, and soon, but that bc of the year of my Honda, I should not be having AC problems. Instead, she took the time to research this issue, and found a recall on my car! She told me to call the Honda dealership to see if I qualified for the extended warranty a free repair. And I did!! Her honesty and kindness says all I need to know about this business. They have been highly recommended to me in the past, and now I see why. I will DEFINITELY be taking my car here in the future! Thank you so much for the quality customer service. (And for saving me a lot of $$)”
