Out of business. That's all, but Yelp wants me to write more, so: there's no indication on the website that they're out of business - and their phone number disconnects when you call it, so I only knew that they were out of business when I walked by and saw the store is empty. Yup, out of business.

I have used Victor The Florist for a number of years and have found the customer service levels have declined recently. I have had two consecutive orders go awry. One arrangement for a birthday was never delivered, yet I was told it was delivered to the address. Later they confirmed it was not delivered but my card was not charged. Fine, I had them send the arrangement a few days later. Recent debacle was ordering two arrangements for different people's events being mixed up. Unfortunately, will not use them again.

I work at a local retirement community. It is common for us to receive flowers for resident's whose kids are out of state. Today is Mother's Day, many have remembered their Mothers and have sent flowers. I have to write this reviewed b/c of all the "stars" that Victor The Florist has. The "arrangements" that have arrived from VDF, are SUPER sad looking. I mean SAD. Like they bought the vase at the 99c store and bought inexpensive bouquet of flowers from a grocery store and made the arrangements from there. I feel bad not only for the Mom that will receive them, but also for the Son or Daughter who I am sure paid a pretty penny, for something that looks real bad. They will never know how their hard earned money was invested on flowers for Mom. What a shame.
